I have given birth vaginally with an epidural, without an epidural, and my 5th kid decided he wasn’t coming out after he broke my water at 33 weeks & I had to have a random emergency C section to a super preemie baby. Amy is an Occupational Therapist Assistant and has been working in the hospital setting for 14 years. Amy also has her Bachelor’s in Psychology. Amy’s journey to becoming a doula was because of her own story through miscarriage, postpartum depression and depression and anxiety. Amy started a mom’s ministry where she makes care packages for moms and does different types of events for moms. Amy finds her joy and healing by loving on other moms from all walks of life.
