About me

I am a labor, and bereavement doula certified through Stillbirthday and PAIL Advocates as well as trained with DONA. I also have a lot of experience in providing postpartum support to clients, I'm certified in childbirth education, also teaching newborn care classes and am also a certified yoga instructor specializing in Prenatal. I am CPR certified. I encapsulate placentas and create keepsakes for clients. I have been a doula for almost nine years now and am the President of the Lansing Doula Network. I sit on the board for Willow Tree Family Center, and help provide families with resources to help have a successful transition to this new phase in life. I offer different packages to help fit the needs and desires of all of my clients.

I provide antenatal and postpartum services to help families transition and prepare for their new baby. This entails cleaning, laundry, feeding, diapering, it really encompasses so much tailored to your needs. I also can encapsulate placentas and provide prints for keepsakes. I help maintain exercise and prepare for birth with prenatal yoga sessions that will leave you relaxed and feeling strong. I also enjoy teaching classes to help my clients feel empowered and educated going into their birth and to lead with evidence based research postpartum.
