We truly cannot say enough amazing things about Autum Rose! From our very first meeting, she immediately put us at ease. She came to our house for our first meeting, stayed over time, and took the time to explain the entire birth process in so much detail. As first-time parents, this was incredibly helpful and made us feel so much more prepared and confident going into our birth. Little did we know, my water would break that very night! Autum was immediately there to guide us through the next steps and answer all of our questions. She met us at the hospital the following day and stayed with us for over 30 hours. She was there through every moment of our labor, even sleeping on a little bench just to be close by and ready whenever we needed her. She came so prepared with massage tools, different labor positions, room spray, shower gel, and so many other little things that made such a difference. She helped us navigate each stage of labor, provided guidance when we needed it, and helped us have informed and empowered conversations when interventions came up. We always felt supported, heard, and cared for. One of the things we are especially grateful for is that Autum also took photos throughout our labor and birth. Having those moments captured is something we will treasure forever, and we are so thankful that she thought to document such an incredibly emotional and meaningful day for our family. Her care didn’t end when our baby was born, either. Our postpartum visit with Autum was so incredibly healing. Having the time and space to sit down and talk through our birth experience with someone who had been there for every moment meant so much to us. She also brought her massage table and worked on me, helping relieve so much of the tension and soreness I had been carrying. It was such a thoughtful and special part of her care, and we left feeling so supported both physically and emotionally. It is so obvious that Autum truly loves what she does. Her care, passion, patience, and dedication shine through in everything she does. She went above and beyond for us in every possible way, and we feel incredibly lucky that she was the person beside us during such a life-changing experience. We are so incredibly grateful for Autum and everything she did for our family. She made us feel safe, informed, supported, and cared for from the very beginning through postpartum. We will 100% be using her again and cannot recommend her enough to anyone looking for a doula. She is truly one of a kind! ❤️

Hi sweet mama, welcome — and congratulations on your beautiful bundle of joy! My name is Selina, and I am a spirit-filled Christian doula and postpartum doula with over 2 years experience certified through DONA who is deeply passionate about serving and supporting mothers during one of the most important moments of their lives. Pregnancy and birth can bring so many emotions, questions, and unknowns, but you do not have to walk this journey alone. My heart is to help you feel calm, confident, empowered, and fully supported every step of the way—whether you gives birth at home or in the hospital, medicated or unmedicated. I provide emotional, physical, and faith-based support with absolutely no judgment — just compassion, encouragement, and genuine care. I offer comfort measures, breathing techniques, visualization, labor support, spinning babies movements and continuous encouragement to help create a more peaceful and positive birth experience. My goal is for every mama I serve to feel heard, safe, educated, and cared for throughout her journey. During prenatal visits, I focus on education and preparation — I help you understand what to expect, clarify your preferences, and slow things down so you feel empowered and ready. When labor begins, I provide continuous emotional and physical support to help you feel grounded through each stage of the process. In the postpartum period, I meet you wherever you are — Sometimes that means feeding the baby while you pump, teaching you to pump, other times it’s just listening, making a snack, or simply admiring your baby with you. Birth is just the beginning. I’m here to support your whole transition into parenthood — with warmth, wisdom, and deep respect for your journey. Whether this is your first baby or your fifth, you deserve to feel supported, empowered, and loved during your birth experience. I would be honored to walk alongside you during this special season.

As a first-time mom, I had the joyful birth I had prayed for, and I’m so grateful to have had Selina by my side! She made me feel cared for and understood throughout my pregnancy, labor, and postpartum journey. She prepared both my husband and me for birth through prenatal sessions covering birth and postpartum, as well as by teaching us comfort measures. Throughout labor, she offered advice, support, and encouragement that I appreciated so much. She also showed up for me in meaningful ways during vulnerable parts of postpartum. Selina truly values her clients, and I couldn’t recommend her enough! I’m so thankful for her!

I loved having Annie as my doula! As a first time mom, I had a lot of questions regarding my health and how to prepare for labor and delivery. Annie took her time to meet with me multiple times, and would make herself available to me for phone calls for random questions I had. She really gave me peace of mind having someone to talk to that is experienced in pregnancy and birth. I also had gestational diabetes and lots of pelvic pain during my pregnancy, and Annie's knowledge in physical training helped me so much to know what exercises to do for both conditions. She met with my husband and I to prepare us for labor, and coach him on what he could do to alleviate my pain. During labor and delivery she was readily available and now I have a beautiful healthy baby girl!

My Philosophy: Honoring the MotherBaby Dyad I intimately understand and uphold the crucial MotherBaby bond and believe in family-oriented care that follows natural instincts. As a first-time mom, I had no idea what to expect going into labor and delivery. I was overwhelmed with information, emotions, and fear of the unknown. Hiring Pamela as our doula turned out to be one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. From our very first meeting, she radiated warmth, confidence, and compassion. She took the time to get to know me and my birth preferences without any judgment, offering gentle guidance and information to help me feel empowered and prepared. When labor began, she was right there, calm, steady, and supportive. She instinctively knew what I needed at every moment! Whether it was counter pressure during contractions, helping me breathe through a particularly intense moment, or simply whispering encouragement when I felt like giving up. She also supported my partner in ways we didn’t even realize we needed, helping him feel confident and involved rather than helpless. The birth itself was beautiful, intense, and deeply emotional. I truly believe I had the positive birth experience I hoped for because of her guidance and presence. Even after the birth, she stayed to make sure we were comfortable, and followed up with incredible postpartum care, checking in on my physical recovery, my emotional well-being, and helping us navigate those early newborn days. She wasn’t just a doula, she was an anchor, an advocate, a coach, and a friend. I honestly can’t imagine going through this journey without her by our side. Every mom deserves someone like Pamela. Someone who will hold space for your experience, empower you, and walk with you every step of the way. I’m endlessly grateful. If you’re considering hiring her, don’t hesitate! She’s truly extraordinary ❤️

Vida is a Latina-owned business based in Riverside County, California, proudly serving families throughout the Inland Empire and surrounding communities. As a bilingual provider, I am passionate about offering compassionate, culturally sensitive care in both English and Spanish, ensuring that every woman feels understood, respected, and genuinely supported—without language barriers. With years of hands-on experience in Labor & Delivery and Emergency Care, I have witnessed both the incredible beauty of childbirth and the challenges women face when navigating the healthcare system. Throughout my nursing career, I have cared for women during some of their most vulnerable and empowering moments. I have also witnessed too many mothers enter the delivery room feeling overwhelmed, unprepared, unheard, or uncertain about their choices. I knew I wanted to be part of changing that experience. That passion is what inspired me to create Vida Birth Support.💗 My vision was to build something that goes beyond traditional birth support—a place where education, advocacy, compassion, and empowerment come together to help women take an active role in their birth experience. At Vida, our mission is simple yet powerful: **To empower women through education, advocacy, and personalized support so they can approach childbirth feeling confident, informed, respected, and supported.** ✨ **Education Is Empowerment** We offer comprehensive childbirth education classes designed to help expectant mothers and their families understand the incredible changes happening throughout pregnancy, labor, and delivery. Our classes focus on understanding the stages of labor, pain management options, medical interventions, recognizing potential complications, understanding patient rights, and learning how to communicate effectively with the healthcare team. I believe that when a woman understands her body, her options, and her rights, she becomes better equipped to make informed decisions for herself and her baby. ✨ **Compassionate Doula Support** In addition to education, Vida provides personalized birth and postpartum doula services centered on emotional reassurance, physical comfort, encouragement, and continuous support. Our goal is to create an environment where mothers feel safe, respected, and empowered throughout their journey. Whether you're preparing for your first birth or welcoming another little blessing, our team is here to walk beside you, provide guidance, and help ensure your voice is heard. ✨ **A Mission Close to My Heart** As a Latina woman, a mother, and a nurse, this work is deeply personal to me. I understand the importance of having someone by your side who not only understands the medical aspects of childbirth but also recognizes the emotional, cultural, and personal significance of bringing a new life into the world. I am especially passionate about helping bridge the gaps in maternal healthcare and advocating for women who may feel overlooked, intimidated, or unheard. My goal is to build a community where every mother, regardless of her background, language, or circumstances, has access to education, compassionate support, and the confidence to advocate for herself. At Vida, I believe: 🤍 Every mama deserves to feel heard. 🤍 Every woman deserves to understand her choices. 🤍 Every birth deserves dignity and respect. 🤍 Every family deserves compassionate, culturally sensitive care. 🤍 And every mother deserves to enter her birth experience feeling prepared, powerful, and supported. I worked with Stephanie prenatally, during labor/delivery, and postpartum too. She was wonderful to work with, a great listener, guided me and my husband well through what we could expect with having our first child, supported me through my various anxieties, and really showed up for us during labor. She was a vital advocate for me while I was at the hospital. She is knowledgable about Spinning Babies (and has received their training), did a visualization exercise with my husband and I in thinking about the unknowns of parenthood and embracing all that was to come, and she was ready and prepared to support us when she came to the hospital. She supported me emotionally and physically through early labor and all the various interventions that became necessary because I was not dilating and my labor was not progressing. Loved working with Stephanie and would recommend her to anyone for support during the birth or new mom phase of life.
