I am currently in my Doula Certification program, but have helped families for many years. Through my travels and lived experiences in and out of the U.S, I bring knowledge and wisdom from many cultures, including my own Caribbean heritage. My goal is to teach those who are expecting how to listen to their bodies, take care of their needs inside and out, and have the type of birth that they have always imagined. I am passionate about empowering birthing families to actively prepare for childbirth. Through my own experiences, I felt that there was a gap in labor support between healthcare professionals and labor partners.
