I would like to know if my insurance covers a night nanny, postpartum doula and any benefits I may be unaware of. I would just prefer female providers.

I would like to have a natural birth and need help achieving that goal. I see Helen Rodger at mobile bay OB-Gyn and will birth at mobile infirmary. My birth plan is natural being able to move freely and delayed cord clamping.

I would like to be coached at home during the start of labor a little before pain becomes unbearable and then transport to my hospital. I am currently at mobile infirmary, however I may be switching to USA for delivery. Estimated budget, I’m not exactly sure how to answer that. I’m sure I have enough for services provided depending on supportive the service is. I don’t have a birth plan. This is my first pregnancy. I’m looking for a guide to help me prepare for birth and newborn care. Requirements are someone who is personable and engaged with my experience.

My family and I plan to conduct a home birth. I just moved to Fairhope from California so I'm in the process of getting set up with insurance that I plan to use to cover the costs of a home birth. I want as little intervention as possible unless it's absolutely necessary. My husband and he's family who we are staying with during my second, last trimester and postpartum will be available to assist if necessary.

I also need this person to be able to be my advocate for me and my birth plan in the event me or my husband is not able to. I would like whoever I hire to be certified as a midwife and as a lactation consultant. I’m 22, I’ll be 23 by my due date, my husband is 26, this is my first baby. I do not have anything specific needed. Our budget ranges from $2-5,000 but we could be willing to pay more for the right fit.
