Rae supported us as a doula and birth photographer with the birth of our second daughter at St. Anne's in Burien, WA. Her presence in listening to our previous birthing experience, and our goals for this one, made us feel seen, known and held at each step of the way. Tiffany (birthing person) experienced Rae's care as steady, grounding and affirming, and feels that it helped her stay embodied even amidst intensity. Thomas (birthing partner) felt Rae's responsiveness was stellar, and that her instructions during labor were clear, practical and kind. Rae's photography beautifully captured our perinatal chapter and served to support us in integrating our experience, as well as celebrating and honoring, the arc of our journey.

From our very first phone call, I knew Lindzee and I would get along and work well together. I could not imagine going through labor without Lindzee by my side. When I went into labor, Lindzee came to our home and stayed through the night, helping me progress and supporting me through every stage. Once we went to the hospital, her guidance, encouragement, and gentle push helped me keep going, especially when we worked together to help get my daughter into the right position. Although my labor ultimately did not go the way I had hoped or expected, Lindzee was there every step of the way with love, support, reassurance, and comfort. She helped me feel heard and cared for during some of the hardest moments of my birth experience. One of my favorite memories that I still think about is when I needed a distraction during my long labor, and Lindzee and I ended up playing Tapple while my mom watched us. It was such a simple moment, but it perfectly captures the kind of support she gave me, helping me through the difficult moments while also making me laugh and feel like myself. We bonded throughout my long labor, and I feel incredibly lucky that I gained not only an amazing doula but also a friend through this experience. I will always be grateful for Lindzee and the role she played in bringing my daughter into the world. I truly cannot recommend her enough.

We used Lindzee as a postpartum night doula for our second child and it was so helpful those first 4 weeks. More importantly, I felt like I could trust Lindzee, seeing how she handled our son and how gentle she was with him. She was able to keep him calm and soothe him easily, allowing my husband and I to actually rest. I definitely had postpartum anxiety/depression with my first and felt that the rest overnight played a key role in helping me the second time around. I would recommend her to friends/family
