About me

After becoming certified with DONA as a labor doula I joined my education, experience, and creativity with becoming a lifestyle photographer and have since been serving the greater Austin area. My goal is to empower new and expecting families with fact-based information, and unyielding support. Simultaneously, I enjoy capturing the moments that define your life-- whether that is working together prenatally, documenting your family’s connection, or joining you in your intimate birth experience. I’m a firm believer in treating others the way you want to be treated, so I view every client like they are a treasured friend. Frequently asked questions

How many births have you attended?

I attend on average 30 births a year or 2-4 births a month. As of April 2023, I have attended 113 births and supported numerous other families on their parenthood journey from conception through postpartum.

Do you offer birth photography and doula support at the same time?

Yes! I love the opportunity to offer birth photography and doula support in tandem. The industry term for this role is a called a "doula-tog" and the two roles compliment each other seamlessly during the labor experience.

Are you able to attend births in person during the COVID-19 pandemic?

While this varies by birthing location and their respective labor and delivery policies, as a DONA certified doula I have been able to attend births for the entirety of the COVID-19 pandemic in the Austin, Texas area.
