Hello Families! I am a full spectrum perinatal care worker specializing in lactation and postpartum doula support. I am certified as a lactation counselor from UCSD and a DONA trained Doula. I believe in providing evidence based care while integrating holistic methods that have been passed down between women for generations. I began working with women and children in 2011 as the Executive Director of The Live Well Project. From there I took my passion abroad and lived in Nepal for 6 months working with local families and learning first hand how they supported birthing mothers. My husband and I moved to San Diego in 2013 and never looked back. Our son was born in 2023, so we are currently navigating toddler-hood and all the joys that come with it. I also love dogs, and we lost our very beloved Pug in 2026. I have worked in corporate HR for 10+ years and believe the career transition to being a postpartum doula is exactly what the universe had planned for me. Outside of work (which no longer feels like "work") I love to be outside as much as possible - at parks, beaches, going on long walks, and finding any family friendly events going on around the city. I also love to cook and experiment with new recipes. My family loves to try new restaurants and travel. In a nutshell, we like to do anything and everything that feels like an adventure.
