About me

As a professional Doula, my philosophy is to provide unbiased support to ALL family dynamics that hire me for support. I meet families exactly where they are at with evidence based education, and create space for my clients to be their own advocates. I've served hundreds of families over the course of my career and enjoy teaching childbirth education, infant feeding support, supporting high risk/high anxiety clients, and VBAC birth support. I co-own PNW Doulas in Salem, Oregon. We provide support all over Oregon.

We are a full-service Doula agency in the Willamette Valley. We offer Birth and Postpartum Infant Care Doula support to private pay and Medicaid clients. Childbirth Education classes and Infant Feeding sessions are also available.

Private Childbirth Classes
We will walk beside you as you learn and prepare for your upcoming birth experience by gaining an understanding of the how, when, and why of every part of the birth process. We will give you detailed and evidence based information to be empowered as you make decisions based on confidence- all while keeping it real and authentic. Because that's just who we are. Currently offering a monthly group class and private classes to cater to individual needs.

A 3 hour class held virtually via Zoom. This class takes place on the 3rd Wednesday of each month from 6pm-9pm.
