We believe in balance. Rooted in Care supports collaboration with medical providers while also centering your right to informed consent and respectful care. We don’t approach birth from fear or from blind trust, but from understanding—helping you feel grounded, prepared, and supported through each stage of the process. Birthing Foundation Package
Rooted in Care – Foundation Package Investment: $1,200 The Foundation Package is designed for families who want steady, informed, judgment-free support without committing to full-scale doula coverage. It lays the groundwork for confident decision-making, clear communication with providers, and calm, grounded preparation for birth. What’s Included 1. Initial Consultation (Prenatal) A deep-dive session to understand your values, medical context, preferences, and concerns. We talk honestly about options, risks, and realities—so you’re not navigating decisions in the dark. 2. Birth Planning Support Guidance to create a realistic, flexible birth plan that reflects both your goals and how hospital systems actually function. This includes language that supports autonomy while maintaining collaborative care. 3. Labor, Education & Comfort Strategies Practical, evidence-based education on labor stages, comfort measures, partner support, positioning, pain-coping tools, and when to escalate or pause decisions. 4. On-Call Support Window Text and phone support during your on-call period for questions, reassurance, and decision processing as things unfold. 5. One Postpartum Visit A grounding follow-up visit to debrief the birth, support emotional processing, assess recovery, feeding questions, and help you transition into the early postpartum period.

The Sacred Postpartum Package $800.00 ・ 16 hr Includes: 16 hours of postpartum support daytime or overnights Education about newborn care Light housekeeping and cooking Breastfeeding support and education Sleep education Resource coordination & referrals Additional postpartum hours for singleton babies are available in 4 hour increments and are billed hourly at $50/hour.
