For those of you that don't know me, hi! I'm Natasha! & I'm obsessed with birth 😂 I'm a foster mom, I have an 2 year old son 😭, and a pretty cool husband! Ever since I had a traumatic birth & postpartum period with my son, I have become so passionate about mothers & making sure they are able to have the best birthing experience possible. So here we are! I've taken a birth & bereavement doula course, & am DONA and Tricare Certified! I've also documented multiple births & I don't think I've ever been more passionate about something in my life. There's something so incredibly special about watching someone become a mother for the very first time, it's almost like a high I get every single time I witness it! At Lactating Essentials, I provide services to help parents with all their breastfeeding and postpartum needs. Breastfeeding is natural, but not always easy. I hope to make this new chapter in your life as easy and stress free as possible. I am an IBCLC, International board-certified lactation consultant. I am very passionate about helping others reach their breastfeeding goals because of the struggles I have faced with my own children. I have two little girls, and ever since I had my first, I became very interested in protecting their health the best I can. I have been a newborn nurse for 11 years and a lactation specialist for 3 years.
