This fall, I will be an internationally certified birth doula and childbirth educator through ICEA (International Childbirth Education Association). I'm so excited to offer this new level of knowledge to my clients! These trainings, along with specialized workshops like comfort care support, holistic wellness, and childbirth physiology all keep me current and I'm always learning more! I work hard to blend evidence-based guidance with compassionate, individualized support—always meeting families where they are with care that feels both informed and deeply human!

I bring warm, calm, practical and highly individualized care that honors your parenting style, your baby’s temperament and your family’s unique needs. Some parents want to stay closely involved throughout the night, while others want to hand me the baby and wake up rested. I am genuinely comfortable with both. During our time together, I provide comprehensive support with newborn care, soothing, diapering, feeding, bottle and pump-part care, baby laundry, nursery restocking and ongoing guidance. Postpartum recovery matters just as much as newborn care, and I want parents to feel fed, hydrated, rested and well cared for while their baby is in capable hands. I have extensive experience supporting breastfeeding, pumping, formula feeding and combination feeding, as well as specialty feeding needs including SNS and Haberman systems. My background as a Compassionate Baby Sleep Coach is naturally woven into my care through normal newborn sleep education, cue recognition, gentle sleep shaping and age-appropriate routines.

I’m a community-based birth worker and maternal health advocate with a deep commitment to supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum journey with care that is informed, calm, and centered on dignity. My work is rooted in both lived experience and years of supporting families through community initiatives focused on maternal wellness and emotional support. I also lead a maternal mental health initiative that brings mothers together in meaningful ways which build connection, healing, and shared knowledge across generations.
