After supporting my sister and brother-in-law with my newborn nephew, I experienced firsthand how vital compassionate, hands-on support can be during those early days. That experience sparked a deep passion in me for creating positive, empowering birth and postpartum journeys. After welcoming my second child, I followed that calling and completed my doula training so I could support other families in a meaningful way. Hi everyone, my name is Nancy and I am a Postpartum Doula, New Parent Educator, and Perinatal Mental Health Specialist. We have a team of providers at Anamav Postnatal Care who offer various services across the Greater Toronto Area (including Peel, York, Durham and Simcoe) as well as virtually. Our team includes postpartum doulas, lactation consultants, and sleep consultants and we also have strong referral networks with other types of providers.
