The cost of a night nanny in Haverhill, MA can be influenced by several factors:

  • Experience and Qualifications

Nannies with extensive experience, certifications (e.g., newborn care specialist), or specific training often charge higher rates.

  • Number of Babies

Caring for twins or multiples typically costs more than caring for a single baby due to the increased workload.

  • Hours and Duration

Rates may vary depending on the number of hours per night, the total number of nights required, and whether the arrangement is short-term or long-term.

  • Duties and Responsibilities

Additional responsibilities, such as bottle preparation, light housekeeping, or sleep training, can increase the cost.

  • Time of Year

Demand during peak times, like the holiday season, may drive prices higher.

  • Agency Fees

Hiring through an agency often includes placement fees or additional charges for their services, adding to the overall cost.

  • Overnight Rates vs. Hourly Rates

Some nannies charge a flat overnight rate, while others charge hourly, which can influence costs depending on the length of the shift.

When considering hiring a night nanny in Haverhill, MA, it's advisable to research and interview several night nannies to find one who aligns with your preferences, needs, and budget. During consultations, you can discuss their specific services and pricing structure to ensure you have a clear understanding of what is included and the associated costs. This process will help you find a night nanny who meets your needs and fits within your budget.

I am a 28-year-old Newborn Care Specialist and Postpartum Doula from Brazil, with over 8 years of experience as a nanny and 2 years working as an NCS. I came to the USA as an au pair, which gave me the opportunity to develop a deep passion for newborn care. I am CPR certified, NCS certified, and I am currently working towards my postpartum doula certification. My skills include patience, feeding support, and sleep conditioning, all of which I have honed through my hands-on experience. I am dedicated to providing the highest level of care to both newborns and families, ensuring a supportive and nurturing environment. I believe that every newborn and family is unique, and my approach to care is rooted in patience, compassion, and evidence-based practices. My goal is to create a calm and nurturing environment where both baby and parents feel supported and confident. I prioritize gentle sleep conditioning, feeding support, and fostering healthy routines that work for each family’s needs. By continuously expanding my knowledge—such as pursuing my postpartum doula certification—I strive to provide the best care possible. I see my role not just as a caregiver, but as an educator and guide, helping families transition smoothly into their new chapter with their little one.

I can’t recommend Rafaela enough! She took care of my first baby during the night, and her help was truly invaluable. As a new mom, I was exhausted, and knowing that my little one was in such capable and loving hands allowed me to finally get some rest. Rafaela is incredibly gentle, patient, and knowledgeable—she has this calming presence that instantly put me at ease. She knew exactly what to do, whether it was soothing, feeding, or simply making sure my baby was comfortable and safe. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy to care for your newborn at night, Rafaela is amazing!

Hi, I’m Danielle! I’m a postpartum doula, lactation educator, and Master Health Coach with a Bachelor’s in Health Education and a passion for practical, evidence-informed, and nourishing care for mothers and families after birth. With over a decade in healthcare, I support families through the realities of early postpartum life, from physical recovery and infant feeding to newborn care, nourishing meal preparation, rest, and the everyday tasks that can feel overwhelming with a new baby. My approach is mother-first, with hands-on support that helps mothers feel cared for while they care for their babies. I’m also a mom who has experienced the messy, beautiful, and humbling parts of postpartum myself. My own recovery taught me how important practical support, nourishment, and having someone in your corner can be during those early weeks. I’m passionate about helping mothers feel informed, replenished, and supported as they recover, adjust, and settle into life with their baby.

Hi, I’m Marsha, founder of Blissful Sleep Doulas. I began supporting families as a postpartum doula in 2018, and what started as one doula caring for one family at a time has grown into a trusted team of experienced, dedicated doulas supporting new and growing families throughout Greater Boston and beyond. Blissful Sleep Doulas offers birth and postpartum doula support, breastfeeding support, newborn and infant sleep support, and prenatal education. We also offer digital guides covering pregnancy, newborn care, postpartum recovery, feeding, sleep, and more, because we believe parents deserve reliable support and practical answers throughout the entire journey, not just after baby arrives. Every doula on our team is carefully vetted and brings professional training, hands-on experience, and a genuine passion for supporting families. Our approach is warm, judgment-free, and personalized to your family, your baby, and the kind of support you actually need. We believe the postpartum season deserves just as much care and preparation as birth itself. You shouldn’t be expected to figure everything out on your own or feel like you have to do it all without help. Whether you’re preparing for birth, navigating those first weeks at home, looking for overnight support so everyone can get some much-needed rest, or trying to understand your baby’s changing sleep needs, our team is here to help you feel supported, rested, and confident along the way. Rested Parents. Thriving Babies.

I cannot recommend Blissful Sleep enough! We have used them twice now, and their timeliness and reliability really stood out compared to other services we’ve tried. The doulas are natural at soothing and caring for babies, and they were incredibly helpful with establishing routines. Beyond just childcare, they did dishes, washed bottles and pump parts, and helped with other chores, which gave us more time for sleep. We appreciated how flexible they were. They always adjusted to whatever we needed that specific morning—some days that meant letting the baby sleep as long as possible, and other days they had her changed and fed so she was ready for our morning rush to school/ work. If our baby didn't need anything in the morning they would brew coffee and read to the older kiddos. They go above and beyond to support the whole family.

Hi! I’m Ashley. I’m a DONA Certified Birth Doula & Advanced VBAC Doula, Certified Lactation Counselor, owner of Saltwater Doula, and an educator and agency coordinator at the Relief Doula Agency based out of Relief Parenting Respite and Resource Center in Hampton, NH. I offer prenatal, birth, postpartum, and lactation services to families in Portsmouth, Dover, Exeter, Manchester and other areas throughout the seacoast and southern New Hampshire. I provide support for clients of all kinds. This includes clients who wish to go unmedicated or are planning on an epidural, those with scheduled c-sections or who are preparing for a VBAC. I am there for you whether you are planning to birth at a hospital, at home, or at a local birth center. As your birth doula, my goal is to support you (without bias or judgement) in any way you may need throughout your pregnancy, labor, and the delicate days of the 4th trimester. I’m so glad you’ve made your way here and are in search of doula support!

There was no way to know ahead of time how medically complex my birth would end up being, and having Ashley on our team was a huge part of what made such a wild, chaotic, adventurous birth still somehow a wonderful one. It's hard to adequately express how much her support, grounding, kindness, humor, steadfastness, confidence, and care meant to our entire family. I earnestly would not want to experience birth without her. If you're expecting and thinking about getting a doula - DO IT!!! And if you're a NH local and you're looking for the best one around, your search is over because Ashley's it!

I support families in the weeks and months after baby arrives. In person, virtually, all across Hampton and the surrounding NH towns, southern Maine, and the North Shore of MA. Most nights I'm in your home while you sleep. I handle the feeds, the diaper changes, the 3am stuff, so you can actually rest instead of running on empty. Daytime shifts look different depending on what you need that day. Some families want a hand with the baby. Some want help around the house. Some just want someone there who knows what they're doing. I used to get tangled up in the idea that paid support wasn't as real as a village showing up for free, but I don't anymore. When I was in it myself, some of the people who showed up were paid and some weren't. In the moment, I didn't care which was which. I was just glad someone was there. What matters is whether the person in your house is actually present with you, not just going through the motions. That's what I try to be.

Kourtney is gift to the postpartum world. We will forever be grateful for her help in our first nights as new parents and her continued support to this day. Her calm demeanor immediately put us at ease and we felt so comfortable knowing that our baby was under her care during her overnight stays. She is incredibly organized and knowledgeable. We loved that she created a live notes doc to update us on our son and also provided us links and information on questions we had asked. Kourtney wants the best for families and we truly felt this support. Even just recently she met with me to go over a carseat concern I had and was able to fix the problem in minutes. We love Kourtney and could not recommend working with her more!
