About me

For the past 10 years, I’ve had the honor of supporting growing families through Reverent Life Services. My experience spans home births, birth centers, and hospitals, giving me a broad understanding of the many ways birth can unfold. I believe birth deserves to be approached with reverence, preparation, compassion, and respect for each family’s individual values and choices. As a birthworker and bodyworker, I draw from multiple gentle modalities, including Zero Balancing and clinical acupressure, to help support comfort, relaxation, and connection throughout the childbearing experience. Reverent Life Services is rooted in the belief that birth is more than an event—it is a profound threshold in the life of a family. In addition to doula support, I offer intentional birth services and meaningful ways to honor and preserve the experience, including placenta encapsulation, bodywork, birth art, handcrafted jewelry, and breastmilk soap. Whether you are preparing for your first birth or welcoming another member into your family, my goal is to offer knowledgeable, compassionate support while creating space for you to feel informed, empowered, and deeply cared for throughout the journey.

My doula package includes two prenatal appointments for education, birth preparation, comfort measures, and thoughtful planning; on-call labor and birth support; and a postpartum visit to reconnect, reflect, and help you transition into life with your new baby. $2,100 | Payment plans available 🤲 Bodywork for Pregnancy & Beyond Birth asks a great deal of the body. As a trained bodyworker, I incorporate multiple gentle modalities, including Zero Balancing and clinical acupressure, to support relaxation, comfort, body awareness, and balance. Sessions can be tailored to the needs of pregnancy, postpartum recovery, or simply caring for a body that has been doing a lot. 🕯️ Intentional Birth Services I believe there is value in slowing down and intentionally honoring the experience of becoming a family.
