Holly is an incredible doula, and we feel so blessed we found her. She is knowledgeable, caring, and supportive, and we felt comfortable with her from the moment we met. Shared faith was important in my decision-making, and with Holly it was a no-brainer. She met with us during my second and third trimesters and walked us through everything—from the stages of labor to thinking through our birth plan. Her onboarding process is very thorough and includes an extensive health history so she can best support you throughout your pregnancy and birth experience. She was also always available by text and quick to answer any questions I had, which I really appreciated. I especially appreciated how knowledgeable she is about different types of birth experiences and locations, and I always felt supported in the decisions we made. We hope to be blessed with more children in the future and would absolutely work with Holly again. I highly recommend her!

Holly was so amazing to have as a doula! We are so thankful for her. I’ve had two prior births and those were not the best experiences. My goal was to have a unmedicated birth and a better experience. Holly in the beginning was very encouraging and supportive of my journey and what I wanted. Holly was a joy to work with from the very beginning. She's responsive, attentive, thorough, compassionate, understanding, and kind. She went above and beyond to pray, encourage, and counsel me when my baby was transverse, when I was overdue and having lots of prodromal labor, and while I was in a hard labor with my second baby. She skipped a nap after coming home from another birth to rush to mine. I can't imagine how tired she was, but she didn't let that stop her from giving me her full support, attention, and resources during my labor to help me give birth without intervention and medication. I had complications after birth that put me in the hospital, and she happily did our postnatal appointment there instead. She was a light and encouragement to me while I was really struggling. I'm so grateful I found her for my birth and would highly recommend working with her, especially for those who desire a Christian doula!

Holly was incredible, as a first time, mom I was grateful for her perspective, support and expertise. Not only was she diligent to support us during the birth, but she provided excellent education and discussion before and after the birth. The evidence suggests having a Doula is shown to reduced Cesarean and intervention rates, leads to shorter labor, improved infant outcomes (higher 5-minute Apgar scores and reduced NICU admissions), reduce the need for pain medication, better birth experience and higher rates of breastfeeding initiation. Our experience with Holly included all of the above, with a kind and gentle attitude, and she took marvelous pictures for us too! I can’t recommend her enough!

I cannot say enough good things about Holly! Our birth was a bit of a surprise timing (38 weeks and 3 days) and our original doula was out of town. Holly was our backup in case things happened and they sure did! Holly was very supportive during early labor during text communications and when we felt it was necessary, she arrived and made herself right at home (we had a homebirth). We loved how comfortable she was and how attentive she was. My labor had started at 4am and stopped midday, so we had asked her to come by at 10pm as things were just not progressing as much as we hoped. She was SO incredibly knowledgeable in positioning to move things along. She talked with me as I went through contractions and listened to all my body signals. This was a second birth for us, so she listened and noted how fast our first birth went. She was able to call our midwives on time and was just the best when things picked up. Within 2 hours, our baby boy was born! Immediately postpartum she was getting me water, snacks, checking in on me, helping clean up the water birthing tub, and so much more. She was so quick on her feet to help in anyway should could! Holly is HIGHLY recommended by us and with our current doula pausing practice, she will definitely be our first call when we get pregnant again! I refer her to all my pregnant friends and family! Shes also such a strong Christian, and that was so important to us during this time. She prayed with us over the phone and her reassurance in Christ was amazing! 1000/10 recommended!

Holly was my doula for my VBAC, and she was worth every penny. My first birth ended in a cesarean due to my baby being asynclitic, so I was very nervous of the same thing happening this time around. When labor started and it seemed like my second baby was also poorly positioned, Holly instructed me in different position changes and movements to help move my son into a better position. After doing what she told me to, my contraction pattern evened out and became more regular and the rest of labor went smoothly. Thanks to Holly’s knowledge and support I was able to have the birth of my dreams and a successful VBAC. Regardless of whether you are a first time mom or VBAC mom, you need to go with Holly - out of all my experiences with doulas she is by far the most knowledgeable and compassionate. I highly recommend her!

It's been over a year and I have meant to share a review for a long time. Our experience with Holly was so good, and I highly recommend her. People say you'll always remember how you were treated during those vulnerable moments of pregnany, birth, and postpartum. Holly made a big difference in my birth and I'll always remember and be grateful for that. We had a last minute need to find a new doula. Holly was flexible and figured out how to make that work when I was already 35 weeks. She is knowledgeable and had lots of resources and I really appreciated how communicative she was. I had an unmedicated birth at a birth center. Holly worked well with my husband as they alternated doing hip squeezes for most of my labor. She had all sorts of things in her doula bag as options which was so helpful. She's very prepared. I also felt that she had a good intuition about how I was doing and where I was in labor. She was just the right steady presence for me and my husband. He was a big reason we wanted a doula: we didn't want to be completely on our own until heading to the birth center. Holly was so good to have as our guide from the moment she joined us in the middle of the night. And she also knew when to be a little firm. That was super helpful for me personally. She reminded me to lower my tone and reminded me of different options throughout the whole thing. She was such a reassuring presence, and you should hire her too! Labor got super intense faster than I expected as a first time mom, and with Holly as an excellent doula, it went pretty smoothly. I was so glad to have her!

10 months later, and it is still so fresh in my mind how helpful and needed Holly's presence was during the birth of my second baby. Holly's quiet, strong presence brought peace into the room. She easily helped during ALL stages of labor, and was there to step in for my husband, who had gone into this labor experience with PTSD from our first baby. Her presence allowed him to simply be there for my heart, while she did all the heavy lifting physically. He had a smile on his face the entire time. She did counter pressure on my hips during EVERY contraction during transition, and that simple act took severe contractions and made them feel mild. She knew how to communicate with me when I couldn't speak, and was VERY responsive during transition when I could only give her a tiny wave to let her know I needed her. I could rely on her timeliness to help during a contraction, without worrying that I had to endure without help. She saw me! She paid attention! Her help was priceless. I’m so thankful for Holly’s support and VBAC insight as I went on to have a successful VBA2C. Although this was my third birth, it very much felt like a first time to me as I had never gone into spontaneous labor or birthed a baby vaginally. Holly answered my questions as I had prodromal labor and gave me resources to help get baby into a good position and go into spontaneous labor.
