My daughter and I recently starting attending Baby and Me Yoga and it has been such a wonderful experience. Allison is so kind, warm, and welcoming. We look forward to her class every week.

First time parents working with Zainab Chopra as a postpartum doula. I cannot say enough good things about Zainab. Neither my husband nor myself have family in the area so we knew we wanted a doula to help us the first few weeks while I recovered and we learned how to raise a baby. Zainab was perfect! She was reliable, communicative and knowledgeable. She showed my husband and I how to do things such as swaddling, baby wearing, nail trimming and bathing. In addition to showing us all things baby related she was an open book of baby knowledge including everything from skin care to milestones. As a human she was wonderful to work with and her cooking is amazing. Finally, she was so meticulous and took such good care of our baby, we knew we could count on her for helping with chores such as washing bottles or folding laundry and for watching the baby while we slept in, took showers, or just relaxed. Would absolutely work with Zainab again — she is amazing, we love her and so does our baby <3

We found our doula Shannon Duir through the womb room and are so grateful we did. Shannon is an old soul. We cant thank her enough for the support she provided during our pregnancy and birth. We interviewed several doulas each with a strong background, but our gut told us Shannon was the right fit. We made the right choice. She came prepared, asked the right questions, and made sure we were comfortable with the process. She set a positive vibe in the labor room from the start and was with us during the most challenging part of the labor, helping us deliver a healthy baby. Her soft voice, warm smile, and confidence was a guiding light during the final hours of labor. For anyone questioning hiring a doula Shannon reinforced our belief it is an investment well worth making.

I cannot recommend Jonelle as a lactation consultant enough! She provided the hands on support that I needed in the early days of breastfeeding.

We had an incredible experience with Shante as our doula. She is knowledgeable and helped us feel prepared for delivery, explaining what to expect every step of the way. During labor she was available to answer questions, offer invaluable advice, and provide relaxation techniques that eased my discomfort. She supported my husband and me, making sure we felt confident and cared for before, during and after delivery. Her energy, warmth, and positivity made all the difference. We couldn’t have done it without Shante. We highly recommend her!

Our Doula Shanté was absolutely incredible! I truly do not think I would have been able to deliver my sweet baby boy fully unmedicated if it weren’t for her knowledge, support, and positive attitude throughout the entire process. My husband was skeptical of hiring a doula prior to our birth experience and now it’s the #1 thing he has been recommending to our friends/family who are expecting soon. We could not be happier with our experience!

I found my birth doula through the Womb Room and I am so glad I chose Shanté Ferguson! She was absolutely amazing in educating and supporting me and my husband through the birth of our daughter. As much as I wanted Shanté to be present at the delivery, we ended up having to have a scheduled c-section but she still prepped us and equipped us with everything we needed to know through virtual sessions. Because of her guidance, I was able to be quite confident going into that OR as a first time mom. She is so personable and made me and my husband feel so comfortable throughout our experience. She checked in with me after the birth and offered so much invaluable guidance on postpartum care for myself and my baby. I was having some challenges with nursing and Shanté was so informative and so very encouraging to keep me on course. She really looked after us with so much care and we felt loved like family. I would highly recommend Shanté to anyone looking for doula support.

I was lucky enough to have Shannon Duir Sciortino as my doula for my VBAC in October. Shannon provided me with confidence and comfort as we planned for my birth and on the day of, she was a calming force that I was glad to have by my side. Shannon brought along comfort measures including lighting for my room that brought such a sense of calm to my space which made a huge difference. Even all of the nurses were commenting it 😀 she vibed so well with me and the hospital staff and ultimately helped me have a successful VBAC. I will always be thankful for Shannon and would recommend her to anyone!

Shannon was amazing! The birth of my son didn’t go as planned but she was supportive and helpful every step of the way and made the experience as positive and memorable as possible. She asked the nurses things on my behalf that I forgot I had even expressed an interest in. She wasn’t just there to support me, but she routinely checked in with my partner too. Definitely highly recommend!

I am so grateful that I found lactation consultant Jonelle through the Womb Room. She came right to our home and provided an incredible amount of guidance throughout our lactation journey. I struggled with milk production and my baby’s weight gain, but with her support I’ve been able to successfully breastfeed and help my baby grow nice and chubby. I truly don't think I would have been successful without her. Beyond her expertise, she is exceptionally kind, passionate, and practical—an absolute joy to be around and to get to know.

The Womb Room has been an invaluable resource for my partner and I as we have navigated preparing for our first child. Not only have the childbirth education classes been incredibly informative, its focus on building community has helped normalize my partner and I's fears and questions about pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. Kristie is supportive, honest, and helped us to feel empowered in identifying our own birth and postpartum care preferences and modeled how we can advocate for ourself when working with our medical providers. I cannot recommend The Womb Room enough for first time parents!

We couldn't be happier with our experience attending childbirth education classes at The Womb Room! As first-time parents, there was so much we didn't know before taking these classes and we feel much better prepared for birth, postpartum, and our first few weeks/months with a newborn. We especially enjoyed learning alongside other prospective parents and sharing our fears, anxieties, and experiences in a group setting. Thanks Kristie and team for being such valuable resources during this important phase of our lives!

My wife and I recently attended a day-long child birth essentials class with Odile Penet and we couldn’t have been more impressed. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and clearly draws on a wealth of experience as an educator and a doula. The workshop struck the perfect balance between informative lectures and fun, hands-on practice. If you or your significant other are expecting, I highly recommend taking a class with Odile, you’ll leave feeling informed, confident, and well-prepared.

Update: In addition to my wonderful prenatal massage, I also used the Womb Room to find a postpartum doula. Having the support of Savanna during the first few months of postpartum has been life changing for me. I truly don’t know how I would have made it through without her. She is so caring and calm - exactly what I needed during this hectic time. I thank for the Womb Room for connecting me with her! It’s made my postpartum experience much less stressful. I had a prenatal massage at the Womb Room with Eric and it was wonderful!! He is so knowledgeable in prenatal techniques and massages - I was in very capable hands! It was such a relaxing experience and soothed areas and muscles I didn’t even realize were holding tension (like my knee and elbows)! Can’t wait to use their other services once the baby is born!

So grateful for the womb room! I was able to find my postpartum doula (Jenny) through them. They had many available doulas and helped facilitate me securing the right person For my family. I can’t say enough about Jenny! She was the calm in the storm for me. She took care of me and my baby, as her own and provided us so much compassion, kindness, and encouragement! She’s experienced and also a lifelong learner so there was no issue that came up that she wasn’t willing to dig a little deeper for me to find a solution! I would definitely recommend her for your postpartum care you won’t be disappointed! Additionally, I participated in the baby gear exchange and the people there are just so welcoming and nurturing. I look forward to continuing to participate in activities that they have throughout my motherhood journey.

It is with deep appreciation and gratitude that I write this review. My husband and I are first time parents and we decided to contact the womb room and eventually hired Shannon as our doula. Even though we got in touch with Shannon a few weeks prior to our due date; from the first time we met her through zoom she brought such warmth, knowledge and reassurance to out last few weeks of pregnancy. I went into labor a week prior to my due date and as a result, both my husband and I felt a bit rushed and unprepared, but Shannon's gentle guidance made us feel supported, heard and truly cared for. During labor Shannon was incredible. She created such a peaceful ambiance inside our delivery room and provided comfort techniques, encouragements and attended to all my needs. I felt empowered and safe knowing she was by my side. Even after birth, her check-ins and at home visit helped us navigate some of the challenges we faced as first time parents. I am still in awe and touched by the care I received from Shannon. She has a true passion for this work and both my husband and I are extremely grateful she was part of our birth journey. If you are unsure about hiring a doula please consider this as a sign to get one. If you're looking for someone compassionate and wholeheartedly dedicated, Shannon is the one.

The Womb Room was fantastic in preparing me for birth and postpartum. My doula and lactation consult were absolutely fantastic and set me up for success both in my prenatal and postnatal experience. Highly recommend for anyone pregnant in the area.

My husband and I found the Womb Room when we were searching for local doula services and we had a great experience! The staff were great at communicating thoroughly and promptly when we were looking into their services, and it was so easy to connect with Shannon (our doula!). We started the search a little on the later side, so we really appreciated how quick Shannon was to jump into action. We had an initial meeting via Zoom to get to know each other and then had two in-person meetings at our home before birth of our daughter. The in-person meetings were really helpful in understanding our needs/wants for the birth experience and Shannon gave us some great physical/mental exercises to consider! She was also so attentive when we got close to the birth. Her bedside manner was amazing and added to the calm - and her ability to create a relaxing ambience in the delivery room was great! She was hands on with me and so considerate of my husband when things got going. After we made it home, Shannon came for a postpartum visit to assist with breastfeeding and provided more resources for assistance. We would absolutely recommend working with the Womb Room and Shannon in particular!

I booked a postnatal massage with Erik from The Womb Room yesterday and it was magical. I highly recommend the in home massage… which in my case the weather was lovely so he set up in my backyard with birds chirping and warm sunlight and calming music. Almost 2 weeks postpartum and it was the best!

From beginning to end, it was a pleasant experience with the womb room. I found them by doing a Google search and I am so glad I did. The initial phone meeting gave me so much insite and positive affirmation into their services ,that I decided to speak with 2 of their doulas to make my final decision on who would go on this very important journey with me. I AM PLEASED beyond belief that Erica Green was my doula. She was patient caring and loving. It truly felt like I had a family member advocating for me. When i had questions or concerns before and during my birthing date. From her advice to the knowledge she gave me on every topic I had questions and concerns about, made it truly a great experience. My labor was 2 days long and she was with me and my boyfriend every step of the way. She even reaches out to this day to check up on me and ask how we are doing . She is truly a new addition to our growing family 💖 I would recommend her over and over again !!!!

I really enjoyed the prenatal yoga classes and community at the womb room. Emily Cuoto’s classes are so thoughtful and formed with intention. I love that she always creates a new flow for each class. It is clear she understands how to move and progress, each pose building on the next, in a safe way no matter what stage of pregnancy you are in. The only thing I wish is that there were postnatal yoga classes for the birthing parent, I would definitely attend!

Let me start by saying 5 stars are not enough for our doula, Sunni! My wife and I were looking for someone who would advocate, educate, listen, sympathize, understand, have patience and support us in home after birth. Sunni is all that and more!! Before, during and after my labor they did things we didn’t even know we needed. Even though Sunni’s service is very much about my anxiety and confidence giving birth, they also made sure my partner had confidence in supporting me during this time and helped her with her anxiety. Sunni also made sure my partner ate during this time (23 hours in labor) and checked in with my mom…they orchestrated the room and had it down to a science. They were in touch with everyone’s needs and was able to successful help us all remain calm. Before working with Sunni I was very nervous about being giving birth especially as a queer woman of color but with Sunni supporting us I went into that delivery room feeling so prepared and confident even when I had to pivot in our plans. My wife and I are so grateful for everything Sunni has done for us and continues to do for us and our son. The postpartum services are also top tier with their notes, tips, and highlights. It made me feel like I didn’t miss anything while I was sleeping. I cannot imagine giving birth again without their support. Every person we’ve met at the womb room for classes, groups, yoga and massage (Erik) have all been wonderful! The community, safe space, and support this place provides is amazing and very needed. We felt welcomed and educated the whole time.

My husband and I are expecting our first child so we took 4 classes at the Womb Room, our favorites - and the most helpful - being the Postpartum/Baby Basics with Kristie Graybill, Holistic Childbirth with Odile Penet, and Infant Feeding with Jonelle Lund. Each of these classes were in depth and comprehensive, led by a knowledgeable and experienced team. I felt comfortable asking questions and felt like my concerns and worries were taken seriously. Both my husband and I felt like we were in very good hands! I especially appreciate the follow up emails with information that we may not have made note of during the class. The supporting literature and take away notes/notebooks are also a GREAT source of wisdom! I will certainly be attending the Womb Room post baby!

Sunni was our postpartum doula at a very challenging time after birth and I can't tell enough about how valuable their support has been. Sunni has a kind, calm presence and is very good at anticipating a caregiver's needs even after being with you for a short time. In addition to helping with our infant's care and light housework, Sunni provided us with resources on things such as lactation and local events for families. I loved the outlines they shared from the day spent with us that laid out our son's feeding and wake time schedule. Sunni not only played with our son when he was awake but also spent time with our toddler and dog when he was asleep!! They all loved her. Just like her name suggests, Sunni brings a bright, positive presence to the lives of families they support. We are very happy to have gotten to know Sunni!

I have enjoyed working with Jonelle since my daughter was only a month or so old. She is so warm and supportive and brings so much knowledge with her on latching, supply, pumping, oral tie release exercises/care and so much more! Her recommendations encouraged me to find a PT and subsequently start early interventions for torticolis which I am so grateful for. She is great with my daughter and I have always felt that we are both in great hands. 10/10 recommend!!

10/10! We took the Holistic Birthing class with Odile. She was very knowledgeable, engaging, kind, and packed everything she could in the 7 hour class. I would recommend this class to any first time moms. Also, the building is beautiful, the classroom was large and roomy with large windows and lots of natural light, and there’s a parking lot! SO many great things to say all around.

My wife and I took several classes (infant care, lactation, postpartum recovery, and others), and she also attended classes on her own (i.e. prenatal yoga) at The Womb Room. All of the Doulas and educators we worked with were phenomenal. They shared their experience and knowledge in a non judgemental way. We are now more informed about risks and our choices. The classes were fun and interactive. We *highly* recommend The Womb Room.

The Womb Room is an absolute sanctuary for parents-to-be and parents alike. I was introduced to the Womb Room through their childbirth class. I walked in unsure of the road ahead and walked out feeling confident and prepared for anything that birth threw my way. I also attended their prenatal yoga classes. They were a great opportunity to connect with other people going through pregnancy, be heard, breathe, and take time for myself. Now that I’m postpartum, I’ve been enjoying their baby and me and pilates offerings “on the other side” of birth. All in all, I’ve found the community at the Womb Room to be incredibly generous and accepting. I’d highly recommend the Womb Room!

My partner and I took the one-day Holistic Childbirth Essentials class yesterday and we had a great experience. Kristie is a phenomenal childbirth educator and her training as a teacher really shows! We both learned a lot in the class and were sent home with even more materials for additional reading. I felt the class was a good mix of direct instruction, videos, Q&As, and hands-on technique. Totally clear to me why The Womb Room is so highly recommended across Baltimore (and even the whole state of Maryland since we were the only couple at yesterday's class who live locally!) If you live further away, but you're considering a class or event at The Womb Room, it's definitely worth the drive.

I took prenatal yoga classes here during my pregnancy, and they were exactly what I needed at the time — low pressure, calming, and a good way to slow down and connect with my body. The instructor was supportive and the environment was relaxed and welcoming. I stopped going toward the end of my pregnancy because life got hectic, but now that I’m starting to get into a routine as a new mom, I plan to come back for the postnatal and mommy & me classes. It feels like a good place to ease back in, both physically and mentally.

I signed up for the Holistic Package at the Womb Room towards the end of my second trimester of my first pregnancy. I have felt immense support and thankfulness for this place and all I have encountered throughout my time here thus far. I've been taking weekly prenatal yoga classes and workshops- all of the instructors have been great. My husband and I took the 6 week childbirth education course and I just recently participated in the zenful birth workshop- both with Odile who has been so fun, informative, and kind. My doula Erica Green is amazing and so helpful! I can't say enough about this place and the supportive community I have had throughout my pregnancy- currently 38 weeks. I am looking forward to postnatal yoga and pilates as well as baby and me yoga, and the post-partum support groups when it's my time.

I took the Fertility and Loss Yoga class while leading up to my first cycle of egg freezing. The instructor, Rebecca, was so in tune with the pace of the class and how everyone was in a different part of their fertility journey. She went through a flow that was focused on healing the mind, body and spirit of the fertility journey. The mantras we had to recite was the best part of the class!

We hired Sunni for our birth doula, and she was wonderful! Even though it was a bit late in the pregnancy, she jumped in right away to help us navigate the last trimester and several unforseen challenges. During the birth, she was so helpful, calm, and adaptable. We wish we had hired her sooner! Add her to your birth team, You won't regret it!

Ashley Janey is an absolutely wonderful doula and a caring, kind person. I can’t imagine my labor and delivery without her. From the moment we met her to the moment she arrived at the hospital, we knew how important and vital she would be. Besides being a comfort, she’s hands on. As soon as she saw me in labor, she put me in a new position that reduced my pain and kick started my progress. Speaking of hands on, she also happens to be an incredible masseuse! She’s worth every minute and every dollar. She is kind, warm, and encouraging. She is a rock when you need it most. We are typically anxious people and she made us feel assured and capable. Ashley is one of those genuinely empathetic people that make her feel like an immediate friend. She’s the absolute best! Hire her!

I am so glad I found this place when I got pregnant! Prenatal yoga has been such a highlight of the experience, especially the opportunity to connect directly with other pregnant folks. Allison's Saturday morning classes have helped me feel more prepared for birth, and Mariyam's great cueing on Wednesday evenings have helped me understand my pelvic floor better. I also took the "Pelvic Floor Mechanics" workshop with Brielle and Dr. Joy, and I can't believe it's not standard for all birthing people! I learned so much valuable information about labor and delivery and how to help it along naturally. My only suggestion is to more regularly include pronouns and non-femme language, since not every birthing person is a woman.

In the 7th month of my pregnancy, I decided that I wanted to pursue a VBAC after a traumatic birthing experience with my first child. I reached out to The Womb Room about the possibility of hiring a birth doula to help me and my husband navigate the VBAC attempt and a more positive birthing experience this time around. They responded immediately and connected me with several doulas who reached out to introduce themselves to see if we were a good match. Each doula I spoke with provided me with a detailed overview of their background and services and allowed me the space and time to choose who I thought would be the best fit for our situation and personalities. I felt a connection with Morgan and requested to have her as our Birth Doula and am so happy with this decision! Morgan was supportive, informative, intuitive, responsive and warm from the moment we first spoke through our postpartum visit. She provided information and education that allowed me to make informed decisions regarding my birth plan but also helped to manage my expectations during my time in the hospital. Morgan provided the safe and loving support I needed after a previous traumatic birthing experience and this was vital in giving me a more positive experience the second time around. She also came to my home for a postpartum visit and allowed me the time and space to process the experience with her, and this alone was more helpful than I could ever put into words. The Womb Room provided me with postpartum doula resources in the event that I may need these services as well. I felt so supported and cared for throughout my entire experience with The Womb Room and highly recommend them to anyone in need of the vast array of services they offer!

My partner and I did the one-day holistic childbirth class and really enjoyed it. Sunni was an amazing Doula, throughout my birth and postpartum journey. From the very first meeting, her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made me feel supported and empowered. She took the time to listen to my needs, answer all my questions, and tailor her support to align perfectly with my preferences. She had her comfort measures bag which she brought to my home to go over the possible options before my scheduled induction. During labor, Sunni was an incredible presence—calm, steady. Whether it was a reassuring word, hands-on comfort measures, or just asking me what I thought, she made me feel confident and cared for every step of the way. Her knowledge and advocacy also ensured that my birth experience stayed as comfortable as possible, even when my induction transitioned to a c-section. In the postpartum period, Sunni was equally invaluable. She helped me navigate those first overwhelming weeks with expert advice, emotional support, and practical assistance. Regarding newborn care tips, her insight was spot on. She worked day and night shifts. During the night shift she took detailed notes on what occurred, feeds, changes, spit ups and alert time. She gave me and my husband , first time parents, guidance on newborn care. During her shifts she also mindfully took care of laundry and some lunches, which was so helpful to keep the household going. She created a safe and nurturing space that allowed me to focus on bonding with my baby while feeling supported and understood. I cannot recommend Sunni highly enough. She is everything you could hope for in a doula: knowledgeable, compassionate, and deeply committed to your well-being. She truly made this transformative time in my life so much more joyful and manageable.

The Womb Room was everything we needed and more. From the moment we started, it was clear we were in the hands of people who genuinely cared about making this experience as positive and safe as possible. As a dad, it’s easy to feel a bit on the sidelines, but our doula made sure I felt involved and confident every step of the way. She went way beyond what we ever expected, being there for us in every sense, offering reassurance, and honestly being a calm, steady presence that I didn’t realize I’d need as much as I did. When the big moment came, she was incredible—her support and guidance made all the difference in making sure our son arrived safe and healthy. I can’t imagine having gone through this experience without her and The Womb Room. If you’re looking for a team who feels like family and truly knows their stuff, this is the place.

I booked the space for a small baby shower and it was perfect. I wish I would have remembered to take pictures of the space. But if you plan to have a small party, or gathering (less than 30), this is definitely the perfect venue. Clean space, clean bathrooms

My daughter and I have been coming to the Monday music class lead by Anne for the past couple months and it’s been great. It’s a really fun little experience with fun songs and lots of instruments for the kids to play with. There’s usually a decent group of babies ranging from newborns to toddlers and there’s something for all of them. Definitely come check out a class with your little one. You’ll have a great time!

A full suite of support for pregnancy and parenthood. The holistic package gave me access to an amazing birth doula, childbirth classes, prenatal and postnatal yoga, and a discount on the best massage I’ve ever had. It’s a gem of a business and resource.

I recently had a prenatal massage with the WR's new in-house massage therapist Erik, and it was fantastic. I was about 33 weeks pregnant. Erik is clearly very experienced in the aches and ailments that come with pregnancy, and was able to position me using pillows and apply the perfect pressure to relieve them. The studio served as a peaceful space for a massage, with beautiful natural lighting. Most importantly, he made me feel comfortable on the table through his professionalism, kindness, and general energy. I hope to go back for another massage after baby is born.

My wife and I, along with other expectant new grandparents, participated in a zoom New Grandparents Workshop that was a wonderful experience! Presenter Kristie was very welcoming, engaging and informative, in leading us through topics, such as current best practices in care of newborns, and ways to communicate most effectively with the new mom and dad, at this very new and special phase of their lives. We would highly recommend it to soon-to-be grandparents!

We worked with Morgan for our birth and we could not be more grateful for the birth experience we had. She is extremely knowledgeable, accepting to our individual needs, and adaptable to the unknown. She has so many tools and resources that we were able to utilize in our pregnancy and at our birth. She was so willing to listen and validate all our fears, hopes and wishes. We are so thankful for her and any family would be blessed to have her a part of their birth journey!

My husband and I just had our first baby in April and were skeptical about hiring a doula for the birth. However, we decided to hire Morgan Affayroux from the Womb Room and we could NOT be happier we did! Morgan was so supportive prior, during and after labor. I have no idea what we would have done without her during labor! I wanted a natural labor and birth and her knowledge and experience was invaluable for achieving my dream birth. She helped coach me through breathing and reminded me of my goals with affirmations during surges. I never even considered things she thought of and came prepared with to keep me physically strong and emotionally sound. Just her presence was so calming and reassuring! I am so thankful for her help and support as we welcomed our first little one into the world. If you’re considering hiring a doula, I cannot recommend Morgan enough!

I have used the Womb Room for all things birth. From the prenatal yoga, to the birth related classes, to my absolutely amazing birth doula, to Jonelle, one of the lactation consultants - I cannot praise my experience enough. Specifically, Jonelle is absolutely wonderful and I cannot recommend her enough! Her expertise is immediately evident, but even more important is her empathy, and ability to make you feel confident enough to put those skills to use. You can feel how much she cares about you. At a time when your emotions and hormones are running wild, having someone with the patience and skills that Jonelle possess is essential. I am positive that the successes we have seen in our breastfeeding journey are due to her. I’ve recommended Jonelle to friends, and they too have commented about how amazing and helpful she was. Thank you, Jonelle!

My partner and I took the Holistic Childbirth Class with Odile Penet and we left feeling so much more confident and prepared for childbirth. The class was extremely informative, well organized and empowering. Odile presented the material in an engaging and easily-digestible manner. It is clearly evident that she is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and makes an amazing doula! I also did the baby gear swap and signed up for the Pelvic Mechanics for Birth workshop. I am a huge fan of womb room and so happy that this amazing space is available as a resource to the community!

I’ve gone to the Womb Room throughout my pregnancy for prenatal yoga, childbirth classes, CPR training, a grandparent refresher class, a baby basics class, a breastfeeding class, a writing workshop, and a pelvic floor workshop. I’ve also booked my amazing doula through the Womb Room. The environment is warm and communal, every instructor and doula is informed and caring, and the resources offered there are comprehensive. Every community should have a space like this! UPDATE: I cannot recommend Morgan Affayroux enough as a doula!! She really took the time to get to know me AND my partner before the birth and made sure she understood our birth plan. During a VERY long and difficult birth, she was my constant advocate and made sure I was making decisions that were evidence-based and not based on fear or generalized hospital protocols. She was present for every contraction, was endlessly encouraging, and I honestly can’t imagine how much more challenging my birth would have been without her. 36 hours into my birth, I was still laughing with her!! She spent more time with me than she needed to and she followed up with me regularly to make sure we were all doing okay. Morgan was clearly born for this work—she is passionate, informed, compassionate, physically strong, and a great listener. You will be in good hands with Morgan as your doula!!

I worked with Jonelle Lund after googling for an in home LC when I got home from delivering my second son. From the moment she stepped in the door of our home I felt confident in the work we would do together, she put me at ease and was so knowledgeable. She helped me identify potential reasons for me painful latch situation, and provided real solutions and tips. She is also the first LC that actually measured me properly for my pump and also taught me how to use it properly. She came for subsequent visits to check my progress and help me create a plan for going back to work. If your baby has a tongue tie, she has expertise to guide you through feeding and also is able to make recommendations for physicians to release the tie if that’s something you’re interested in. I can’t express my gratitude to her enough, and I would highly highly recommend her to anybody who wants a successful breast-feeding, and pumping journey.

We attended a Spinning Babies and Comfort Measures class with Kristie. I HIGHLY recommend this class, Kristie as an instructor and the Womb Room as a whole. We were not expecting this level of education and detail. I am actually excited for child birth now and feel confident to give birth thanks to the resources and knowledge I gained!

Thank you for everything! My experience with The Womb Room has been phenomenal, and I rave about you all to everyone. I am so thankful to have found you. I truly do not think I would have been able to have an unmedicated birth had it not been for your classes and for Shanté. She was absolutely amazing, and I could not have asked for a better doula. I look forward to working with you all in the future.

My wife and I greatly enjoyed the all-day class. The resources Kristie provided were extremely valuable including written material, clear presentation, and practical exercises. There was a lot of information on different options and interventions while making it clear that the best choice is the one that you make. This positive attitude gave us a lot of confidence. The practical exercises also helped us identify gaps in our communication and birth plan - gaps which we can now fill. We also really appreciated the single day format, we felt it was much easier to fit into our schedules.

We worked with the Womb Room to hire a postpartum doula for the first four weeks after our baby arrived. Victoria was wonderful and exactly what we needed as first time parents - she confidently provided support with challenges as they arose, which ranged from nursing/pumping to babywearing to bathing and of course caring for our baby so we could get a few extra hours of rest. Victoria is a wealth of knowledge and connections; she referred us to an amazing in-home lactation consultant and a few local support groups. She was a calm, warm, kind presence in our home and so good with our little one. The process of finding a doula and creating a contract through the Womb Room was relatively easy. I’d definitely recommend working with them and Victoria, especially to new parents!

I had a wonderful experience with Victoria- she was very knowledgeable about baby safety, sleep training, and anything to do with newborn. She would watch the baby all night and give me insights into what technique may soothe her best and if there was anything that could be bothering her ( gas, diaper etc). What I especially enjoyed about Victoria was that she really knew my baby- for instance, my newborn hated to be swaddled so Victoria recommended another sleep sac (zippity zip) which worked out even better for her! Victoria also started the process of sleep training, so by four months my baby was routinely falling asleep by herself and sleeping 6-8 hour stretches. In retrospect I don’t think I could have had such a good postpartum experience without Victoria. shes a warm caring person and I would not have another baby without her as my postpartum doula.

Morgan made all the difference for my birth experience with my second. We didn't have to chance to meet her prior to labor as she was filling in for our doula who was sick at the time. Despite this, her calming and nurturing presence combined with her skills and reassuring confidence put me at ease with her immediately. She could anticipate my needs and meet them before I was even aware of them myself. Whenever I felt panicky or started to lose focus, she was able to help me center myself again and channel that energy towards the baby. My husband also felt very comfortable with her and appreciated the ideas and techniques she suggested. We both are confident that we would have had a much different and worse experience without Morgan by my side. I couldn't have done it without her!

Their holistic childbirth birth class was excellent! It was informative, and my partner and I left feeling so much more prepared for labor and delivery. The environment is warm and welcoming and really centers the person giving birth in an empowering way. Being able to learn from and ask questions of the facilitator and doula with 20+ years of experience made it so worthwhile.

Pattie Barnes was our birth doula and she was wonderful! She provided great support in the lead up to the birth and was always very responsive to calls, texts, and emails. In the labor and delivery room she had such a warm and reassuring presence, helped me with numerous exercises and coping strategies, and was there for my partner as well. I also have fond memories of laughing with her about random little things in the midst of what can be such an exhausting and stressful time. She made everything better!

I took Comfort Measures & Spinning Babies Duo with Kristie Graybill and it was AMAZING. Attending this with my husband was a really great bonding experience to ensure that we are on the same page and in this together as we get ready for labor and feeling prepared for the actual day of labor. We both learned SO much on how to prepare my body - things we can do together. Kristie's energy, encouragement, experience, and knowledge truly made me leave the class feeling as if we are prepared. I originally signed up for the class with a nervousness that my baby was breached (turns out baby is not breached) but the class is so helpful for anyone preparing for labor no matter how your baby is positioned. I am positive I will have a better birth experience because of this class! Highly recommend :).

We have been using Womb Room to get ready for the birth of our first baby. We found our doula through them and have been utilizing their yoga and educational classes too. The instructors are engaging, friendly and very knowledgeable. The space is warm and welcoming. They cultivate a sense of community with all their families, and have other community events outside of their classes. I also love that they are welcoming and inclusive of ALL families and birthing people. I would definitely recommend them, if you're looking for just a pre-natal yoga class or a holistic birth and postpartum support team!

Kristie taught an excellent Holistic Birthing Class! She is empathetic and educated. The curriculum was written and illustrated in a way that made the information approachable. My husband and I enjoyed the group environment. We were supported and encouraged by everyone. Our experience was so positive that we ended up moving forward with finding a doula to help us continue with education and support during the rest of pregnancy, labor, delivery, and postpartum. I am so thankful that The Womb Room exists. They are here to empower and comfort you!

The one day Holistic Childbirth Essentials class was incredible. There’s so much information out there and it can be super overwhelming at times, so we were more than happy when Kristie presented information and strategies that were meaningful and specific to our needs. The most meaningful takeaway for me was understanding my rights and the function of interventions and decision I make in the delivery room. The comfort measures section gave my partner more confidence in his ability to support me during labor, delivery, and advocacy throughout the process.

I can’t recommend the womb room enough! Shante was my doula and she was amazing, helping me through all my fears and challenges with pregnancy. When you deliver in the hospital you don’t always know what doctor you’ll get so it really nice to have an experienced person with you who truly cares and understands your pregnancy journey from start to finish. I also took a few classes with Odile. She is a wealth of knowledge and really helped me feel confident going into labor and delivery. She is passionate about her work and has seen it all. It was refreshing to learn from someone so informed and unbiased. She really empowered me to make the best decisions for my birth journey. I took the infant feeding class with Jonelle, the lactation consultant and she was also wonderful. I knew nothing about breastfeeding before the class and I feel like an expert now. I also worked with Jonelle after giving birth. She came to my house and really took her time to observe a feeding and provide helpful tips. She was extremely professional and I felt like she provided VIP service. Finally, I took prenatal and baby and me yoga at the womb room. Prenatal yoga really helped me get into the right headspace for giving birth, and baby and me yoga provided a great opportunity to connect with other moms. The womb room is an incredible resource, and I really can’t imagine what my first birth experience would have been like without it.

We especially appreciate the inclusive approach to create a safe and welcoming space for everyone. Thank you and we look forward to additional classes.

Kristie was an AWESOME instructor. We took the Postpartem and Baby Basics class and the Holistic Childbirth Essentials class. The content was well paced, informative, and not prescriptive. Jonelle has been incredibly helpful for my newborn and I with breast feeding by conquering latch issues, favoring one breast to the other, diagnosing a lip tie, and help with pumping at home. She has great assessment skills for lip and tongue ties, which helped guide having my daughter’s lip tie treated, and has eased my own anxieties as well. I am so grateful for her help and I highly recommend her to anyone having any difficulties, or simply as a resource when home after discharge from the hospital. It’s truly valuable to have support and great personalized nursing care come right into your home for your newborn.

Kristie encapsulated my placenta and it was such an amazing experience. I was so worried about sending my placenta out somewhere and when she said she would be coming to my house I was so excited. She walked me through all the steps and allowed me to watch the whole process! She is so kind and personable it was like having a friend over and not awkward at all! She also taught a class I took at the womb room! That not only instilled in me that the information I knew was right but I was able to learn so much more. The class was such a chill non stressful environment and Kristie is such a fun teacher! I will definitely be returning to her and the womb room for services with my next baby! Highly highly recommend for all mommas and partners!!!

Wake Up Wiggles has been such a source of joy for my family! I learned new techniques for imaginative play with my daughter and she had a blast playing with all of the creative instruments that Corinne provides. I also got some really great advice from Corinne after class that I was able to utilize immediately. Another bonus was that on days that I couldn't make it, her nanny would take her and it gave me peace of mind knowing that they had something fun and engaging planned for the day!

I recently attended the prenatal yoga retreat with Amanda and Karen. This retreat was so much more than I had hoped for!!! Amanda was so thoughtful and intentional in the planning and was a wonderful host! Karen made the most delicious food and ensured the group was very well fed. Not only was the retreat relaxing and restful, it included the exact amount and type of activities to allow one to connect with themself, baby, and others. I feel so honored and lucky to have been able to go on this retreat and highly recommend it to others on their prenatal journey!

This space is a gift to all women in the mothering space! I started attending Virtual Support Groups with TWR in 2020 after the birth of my pandemic baby. I recommend The Womb Room to every TTC, pregnant or postpartum friend I have.
