Shana was my doula for the entirety of my pregnancy, birth, and the few days she offers postpartum. As well as doing a maternity photoshoot for my husband and I and grabbing shots in the hospital. I could not recommend her more! She is so good to share with you the facts and wait to be asked to share her opinion if you desire. She has had many of her own experiences both good and bad through her four children to where she is able to relate to a lot and understand what your feeling and can help navigate that. She not only supported me, but also my husband and encouraged him to be there with me. She helped us remember the plan we had made and helped us to stick to it the best we could. Her calming presence in a room and her willingness to be as involved as you needed was outstanding. I could go on and on and highly recommend her as your doula. If you’re doubting the need for another person in the room I highly recommend you reconsider!
