Hello, My wife and I are interested in hiring a night nanny for the first week or two of postpartum, once the baby comes home. We have help during the day time but may benefit from additional assistance overnight as this is our first child and are unsure what to expect. It may be as short as the first few days or as long as two weeks, but would like to understand the costs and services associated so that we can weigh our options.

I am very new so I am unsure. May need help with night shifts with newborn for my husband and I to get rest. 10+ years of experience required.

We are looking for an experienced night nanny for our newborn baby girl, due Oct 2. Will need assistance until she is about 12 weeks old. Must be experienced with newborns and night nannying with references provided. Some light cleaning (ie. bottle cleaning, baby laundry) may be required as well. Pay will be between $18-26 per hour. Hours are approximately 9pm-6:30am. Nights needed are Sunday night-Thursday night, though choice of nights are flexible. Please let us know if you have any questions or are interested!

Help me and baby get the those rough first few weeks of sleepless nights

I plan to give birth at a hospital. My estimated budget is flexible, and I am looking for someone who offers quality care at a reasonable rate that works within my budget. My birth plan is to have a safe, healthy vaginal delivery if possible, with pain management available if I decide I need it. I would like a calm, supportive environment and someone who respects my birth preferences while prioritizing the health and safety of both me and my baby. I am looking for a provider who is certified, experienced in caring for newborns, and has several years of professional experience. I value someone who is patient, compassionate, reliable, and communicates well. Speaking English is required, and any additional language skills are a plus but not necessary. The care recipient will be a newborn infant. I am expecting my first baby, so I would appreciate someone who is experienced with newborn care, including feeding support, diaper changes, soothing, safe sleep practices, and monitoring the baby’s well-being. Additional duties may include washing baby bottles, light housekeeping related to the baby, baby laundry, keeping the nursery clean and organized, and helping establish a healthy sleep routine. Experience supporting first-time parents is highly preferred.
