Hi my name is Rachel. I am a postpartum doula certified with Doula School International. I live in the Sherwood Park area of Alberta, Canada. I am married and have four children ranging from ages 15-24. I am a Christian and I am passionate about the importance of children having lots of nurturing and love (you can't spoil a baby). I understand there is a lot to learn for new moms (I wish I knew more with my first one) and they need a lot of support to keep healthy in body and mind especially in the first couple months. I enjoyed breastfeeding all my children and feel like you should too if you can. I have a lot of info and experience on that matter.
