About me

I am a State (Virginia) Certified Community Doula. I have many years of birth work to include legislative advocacy, prenatal, birth and postpartum support. I believe all birthing persons have a right to birth in a sacred, supported and healing space. I equip the birthing person and the birth support team with the tools and evidence based instructions to have a safe, informed and inclusive birth experience. I offer lactation support, placenta encapsulation, candid birth photos, umbilical cord keepsakes and assistance with developing a birth plan. I am a mother of 4 and a grandmother to 5.
