Hi! I'm Kim. I'm a mom of two and I've been supporting families in the central valley and beyond since 2018. I began this journey as a postpartum doula and eventually realized my passion was helping families reach their lactation and feeding goals. As a lactation consultant I can assist with prenatal education, all things breastfeeding and pumping related including flange fitting. I can help with latching, positioning and all sorts of breastfeeding challenges including nipple pain, engorgement, milk supply and introducing bottles and returning to work. I experienced my first birth at 12 years old and knew from then on that I wanted to be involved in birth work and babies. After reading Ina May’s Guide to Childbirth during my first pregnancy, I was introduced to the term “doula” and knew that I wanted to be one. With the birth of my second child and having a doula, I KNEW that this was my calling. I am especially passionate about working with families of color and other marginalized communities that need support during pregnancy and beyond.
