I support individuals and families through every stage of the reproductive experience: preconception, pregnancy, birth, loss, and postpartum, with care that’s holistic, culturally sensitive, and rooted in real life, not just the birth plan on paper. As a certified Full Spectrum Doula, Certified Lactation Educator (CLE), and Child Passenger Safety Technician, I bring a full care to every experience I join, so you’re not juggling five different providers for the pieces that matter most. Lactation support is close to my heart. Feeding is one of the areas where folks get the least real preparation and the most pressure. I’m here to make sure you have grounded, judgment~ free support from day one, whether that’s latch troubleshooting, pumping logistics, or just someone reminding you that “enough” looks different for everyone and every baby. With over ten years of experience and maternal, paternal & child care, I’ve learned that the best support isn’t performative. It’s steady. I show up prepared, I listen first, and I meet you where you actually are, not where a checklist says you should be. My approach draws on trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice, and I welcome everyone, however your household looks, whatever your experience has brought you. If you’re looking for a doula who treats your experience as sacred and specific to you, I’d love to be part of your life

My name is Rae Schultz, and I am a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant helping families and babies 4 months - 2 years learn developmentally appropriate, independent sleep. I specialize in providing deeply attuned and personalized care centering, sustainable systems, relational health and nervous system regulation for long term health and support. I first learned about sleep consulting when my brother and his wife went through the process for their little one and loved it. Quickly, I realized sleep consulting was an ideal way for me to support families and babies from the ground up in creating healthy sleep habits alongside relational and nervous system habits, so they could all move forward in life with strong, connected, resourced foundations. My background prior to sleep consulting is in mental health and education, with a specialization in nervous system regulation, mindfulness and building secure relationships. I have a BA in Neuroscience, am working on an MA in Somatic Psychotherapy, and have done countless trainings in development and regulation for building healthy lives. I am passionate about helping families create healthy, sustainable and connecting habits from the very beginning, and have found there is no better time and way to do this than from the ground up, with sleep and integrated nervous system and mindfulness practices. I bring a mindful, non-judgmental and compassionate yet structured approach, and I am here to apply my expertise to support and empower you in what feels best for you and your family. This is such a uniquely beautiful and challenging time in life. Hi, I’m Sheila. I’m a faith based birth & postpartum doula, photographer, and most importantly, a mom who knows how deeply personal this season of life can be. Becoming a mother myself changed the way I see birth. I remember the emotions, the questions, the vulnerability, and the overwhelming feeling of wanting someone beside you who simply gets it. That experience is what led me to doula work — because I wanted to become the person I wish every mother could have in her corner: someone who listens without judgment, stays calm when things feel overwhelming, helps you understand your options, and reminds you of your strength when you need it most. With over six years of experience working with children and families, professional doula training, continued mentorship, and my own experience as a mom, I bring both knowledge and genuine heart into the room. I’m not there to take over your birth or tell you how it should go — I’m there to learn you, support your wishes, help you feel prepared, and be the steady presence you can lean on. And because I’m also a photographer, I have a special love for capturing the little moments you may not even realize are happening — the first touch, the tears, the tiny details, and the way your family changes in an instant. My packages can also include birth photography, postpartum meal prep, and a postpartum visit, so my support doesn’t simply end when your baby arrives. I want you to feel like you found your person someone you can text, laugh with, cry with, ask the “is this normal?” questions, and feel completely comfortable being yourself around. If you’re looking for someone who will care for you like a person, not just a client, I’d love to meet you. 🤍

As a night postpartum doula, my approach centers on responsive care and fostering secure attachments. With over 8 years of professional childcare experience, I bring a unique blend of warmth, expertise, and a deep understanding of family dynamics to every home I support. My journey began in a bustling diverse household (Filipina immigrant mama & American dad with Chinese, European, and Spanish roots) as the third eldest of eight, where I naturally became my mother’s helper. This early immersion in childcare instilled in me a profound comfort around infants and children. Today, I draw on this foundation to provide families with compassionate, responsive care that prioritizes the emotional and physical well-being of both parents and babies. I believe that by responding promptly and sensitively to a baby's needs, we lay the groundwork for secure attachments, fostering a nurturing environment where both babies and parents can thrive.

You need her! We couldn’t have made it without Briana. Her level of broad expertise is unmatched. Any parents fortunate enough to access her knowledge and care are truly lucky. Parents book her months in advance because she’s so in demand, and we were honored to see her practice her craft. Briana was everything we needed as we stepped into parenthood. She has a wonderful and calming presence that fills the room. Our baby adored her and always felt warm and safe in her arms. She assisted my wife with bottle feeding, sleep habits, positive attachments, laundry, cleaning bottles and pumps, breastfeeding, and provided excellent lactation resources. She was there for both the rough and good nights, always maintaining a positive attitude and a “let’s do it” mindset, without a hint of judgment. As a dad, whenever I had questions on how to support my wife, Briana always answered and reassured me that I was doing everything right and more as a father. Parenthood is not easy, and Briana was our village to get through it. So no, I am not going to justify her rate. She is a Rolls Royce, and a Rolls Royce don’t explain themselves.

Supporting new parents during the sacred early days of parenthood is not just my work—it's my calling. I became a postpartum doula because I believe every family deserves to feel cared for, understood, and supported as they adjust to life with a newborn. My journey into this field began when I moved to California during my two years as an au pair, caring for young children and living closely with families. That experience sparked a deep passion in me for helping others navigate the tender, transformative moments of new beginnings. I saw firsthand how much of a difference compassionate, hands-on support can make —and I knew I wanted to offer that to growing families in a deeper way.

Brenda helped us for one month after delivery during the nights. As first time parents Brenda supported us very well. She taught us how to set up the nursery, bottle types, swaddles, baby safety, etc. She is a very knowledgeable doula! She took care of our baby boy very well. During the nights she was very attentive to our baby including routine feedings, diaper changes, cleaning bottles, laundry, and bringing my pump parents to me during the middle of the night. Brenda was always on time and provided a lot of insight on how to take care of our little one. I would highly recommend Brenda as a doula you can trust.

I hired Liz to care for my toddler and newborn (prenatally, birth, and postpartum). Needless to say, I couldn’t have done it without her. She is an excellent communicator, very flexible, and approaches this sacred work with warmth and intuition. She always informed me of the details of my baby’s temperament, reactions, feeds, sleep etc, allowing for a smooth handoff. She also provided me with emotional and domestic support - whatever I needed most in that moment. This ability is adapt, along with her knowledge (maternal health, newborn care, toddler development) were evident during every shift. I’m so grateful for the loving connection she’s built with my son—he never wants her to leave! My 9 month old is also getting attached :) 5 stars indeed.
