Amanda was absolutely amazing and exactly the support we needed during our birth experience. We made the decision to hire a doula only about three days before we were scheduled to be induced, so we didn't actually meet her until the night we arrived at the hospital. This was our first baby and we were pretty nervous, but Amanda was so warm and friendly that she immediately put my wife at ease. It honestly felt like we'd known her for years. She was incredibly attentive throughout the entire labor and made sure we had everything we needed every step of the way. Her support didn't stop after delivery either. She checked in on us regularly postpartum, came to our house, and connected us with specialists she trusted, including a lactation consultant who turned out to be wonderful as well. If you're considering a doula for your birth, I can't recommend Amanda enough. Once you meet her, you'll have zero doubt she's the right person to have in your corner.

My husband and I were so glad to have had Janelle's support and guidance through the birth of our daughter. Janelle is very knowledgeable and kind and helped provide us with the information we needed to be able to feel confident in the birth plan we created.
