About me

Hi! I am Shannon, an inclusive birth doula located in Tempe, Arizona. I support individuals and families all across the Phoenix area, during all types of birth, at all birth locations (hospitals, birth centers, and midwife-supported home births.) I can work with most insurance reimbursement models. I hold space for all identities, families, and beliefs, honoring your personal birth choices and preferences during a powerful and transformative time. I feel privileged to walk alongside my clients, helping them navigate and cherish a profound life experience. I look forward to meeting you!

Service introduction

My services always include one complimentary prenatal consultation, then upon hire, two prenatal meetings focused on birth preparation. Then, I am continuously on call for 2 weeks before and after your due date. When you go into labor, I provide continuous labor support plus 2 hours postpartum support. I offer birth photography from my phone. If interested, I offer postpartum doula support in your home *(Typically five 4-hour visits within the first 4 weeks, scheduled and agreed upon once your baby is born)
