Delores Holland

10 years of experience

Hello My name is Delores, a certified Labor, Postpartum and Infant care doula with over 10years experience supporting families in their birthing process and postpartum journey. Before there was a term for birth workers in this capacity, my love and compassion for comforting and supporting mothers and their newborns was a natural gift from God. I strive to make your birthing process relaxing and memorable by providing evidenced based comforting measures, breathing techniques, and unbiased care before, during and after birth. My goal is to create a trusting, relaxing, safe space for you to feel empowered and heard while seeking to turn your special moments into meaningful memories. I specialize in postpartum care, infant care, overnight support, premature infants, feeding and lactation support.

I offer my highest recommendation for our night nurse and postpartum doula, Delores from Round the Clock Doulas who supported our family following the birth of our twin boys. From the very beginning, Delores provided exceptional care with a level of thoroughness, professionalism, and calm confidence that immediately put me at ease. Her attention to detail, reliability, and deep knowledge of newborn care made an enormous difference during our postpartum period. She was especially attentive and responsive to our twins specific medical and sleep related needs. Beyond her technical skill, she was kind, warm, and incredibly dependable-exactly the kind of person you hope to have caring for your children during such a vulnerable and important time. I would recommend Delores without hesitation to any family seeking a trustworthy, experienced, and compassionate night nurse or postpartum doula. Any family would be lucky to have her support.

Kylie Adams

Hi! I'm Kylie. I was a postpartum doula for 3 years and recently decided to switch to a birth doula. I have assisted 5 births so far and ABSOLUTELY LOVE it! I can help with any comfort measures like TENS, massage, aromatherapy, Rebozo and more! Birth/ golden hour photos can be done as well!

Cannot recommend enough!! I purchased the $1200 package. In the prenatal visit she made sure to ask me exactly what I wanted to be put in my birth plan wrote it up for me and made sure everyone had a copy. Kylie made sure to get to know me, ask about my previous birth, and make sure she had all the information she needed so when I gave birth her and I were both prepared. Kylie also texted every day the week before my due date to check in with me and make sure everything was going good. During labor with my previous birth without her, I ended up getting the epidural because I couldn’t handle the contractions. One year later, I am having an unmedicated birth with Kylie coaching me through every contraction for nine hours. She was emotionally supportive when labor wasn’t progressing and physically supportive with counterpressure. I had a nurse try to give me Pitocin after birth, which I specifically put on my birth plan that I did not want it and Kylie stepped in and made sure the nurse was unable to put in my IV. Kylie then stayed with me through the birth of the placenta and the first hour of postpartum Thank you so much, Kylie. I hope you can be my Doula for all of my future pregnancies

24 years of experience

Krissy Triggs is the founder of Trigger Wellness, creator of the True Birth and True Care programs, a birth doula, patient advocate, childbirth educator, healthcare navigator, and former student midwife with more than 20 years of experience supporting families through birth, illness, and complex healthcare decisions. A DONA-trained doula, former student midwife, and lactation educator, Krissy brings a perspective few can match. She has personally birthed 13 children across home, birth center, and hospital settings, including natural, medicated, induced, and medically complex births. Alongside her late husband, a trained midwife, she relocated her family to serve and volunteer at birth centers along the U.S.–Mexico border, where their shared commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care deepened. Through Trigger Wellness, Krissy helps families navigate birth and healthcare with greater confidence, clarity, and connection. She is currently pursuing her undergraduate education with plans to become a Physician Assistant and ultimately a physician, furthering her lifelong mission of improving outcomes through education, advocacy, and compassionate care.
