The cost of a night nanny in Racine, WI can be influenced by several factors:

  • Experience and Qualifications

Nannies with extensive experience, certifications (e.g., newborn care specialist), or specific training often charge higher rates.

  • Number of Babies

Caring for twins or multiples typically costs more than caring for a single baby due to the increased workload.

  • Hours and Duration

Rates may vary depending on the number of hours per night, the total number of nights required, and whether the arrangement is short-term or long-term.

  • Duties and Responsibilities

Additional responsibilities, such as bottle preparation, light housekeeping, or sleep training, can increase the cost.

  • Time of Year

Demand during peak times, like the holiday season, may drive prices higher.

  • Agency Fees

Hiring through an agency often includes placement fees or additional charges for their services, adding to the overall cost.

  • Overnight Rates vs. Hourly Rates

Some nannies charge a flat overnight rate, while others charge hourly, which can influence costs depending on the length of the shift.

When considering hiring a night nanny in Racine, WI, it's advisable to research and interview several night nannies to find one who aligns with your preferences, needs, and budget. During consultations, you can discuss their specific services and pricing structure to ensure you have a clear understanding of what is included and the associated costs. This process will help you find a night nanny who meets your needs and fits within your budget.

Susan was a wonderful asset during my pregnancy and birth! I was having a water birth, and I would not have been prepared without Susan. She gave me the exercise, nutrition, and mindset information I needed to make sure I was healthy and ready for birth. She also walked me through the labor movements I should practice before birth so I would be ready to use all kinds of options when it was time. During birth, she was extremely supportive of me and my husband, and we were so happy to have her there. She was encouraging, reminded both of us to drink and eat, and talked with the midwives for us so we could focus on the labor. Susan made the whole experience so wonderful, I had the perfect birth and I look back on it and cry happy tears. Thank you Susan!

Devorah is absolutely AMAZING! The best compliment that I can pay her is that we would hire her again in a heartbeat if we have another baby. She is punctual, communicates exceptionally well, and is fantastic with my son. She was my son's newborn care specialist from the time we got home from the hospital until he was 8 months old, when he was ready to sleep through the night on his own. When my son was 5 weeks old, he developed a cough. It got worse into the night and Devorah knew exactly what to do and then spent the night with us in the peds emergency room until he got moved into a hospital room on the peds floor. She is exactly who you would want on your team in that situation.

I am so relieved and happy that we chose Parul to be our doula. From our first contact, she was extremely responsive, clear, thorough, warm, and supportive in her communication with us. Her knowledge of the birthing process and preparation is unparalleled and i felt so much more confident going into my delivery with her by my side. At the hospital she was an amazing advocate who helped to ensure our birth plan was honored as closely as possible by our doctor. She was also a huge support during the birth when I needed some encouragement to keep pushing. She also spent a lot of time getting to know us personally which helped pass the time in the hospital. Overall I couldn’t recommend Parul more. When we prepare for our next baby I will definitely work with her again!
