She brings this really grounded, calming presence into the room that you can feel right away—not just for her clients, but for the whole birth team. She supports in a way that feels natural and intuitive, while still being incredibly knowledgeable and tuned in to what’s unfolding. She has a beautiful way of holding space that’s both nurturing and steady. You can tell how much her clients trust her, and that trust makes a real difference in how a labor flows. She’s attentive without ever being overbearing, and she knows how to step in and when to simply be present. What I appreciate most is how respectful and collaborative she is. Natalie is known as the child whisperer in our house. She started helping our family when our second child was three months old, guiding my husband and me as we adjusted to life with two kids. As our postpartum doula, she was an incredible support — especially since we were both working and our baby had trouble sleeping. Our first child had been an easy sleeper, so we had no idea what to do with a restless baby! Natalie was the only one who could calmly guide our baby to sleep, and she had such a natural way of connecting with our toddler. She also taught us new approaches to parenting that made our home more peaceful and our routines more manageable. I’ll be forever grateful for the time she spent with our family — even now, our toddler still asks when Natalie can come over to play. You should also know that Natalie takes initiative in the most thoughtful ways. But she isn’t overbearing with opinions or recommendations if that’s not what you’re looking for. She made us feel so comfortable leaving our baby in her care so that we could sleep soundly and gave us detailed updates about the night the next morning. And when our baby went through some health issues she was extra attuned to those details and the plan. We would work with her again and again!

I was so grateful to have Kaytalyn there when my baby was born. The night I met her was the night my baby was born. I unexpectedly needed a c-section two days before I was 34 weeks. I went to the hospital straight from a doctor's appointment, which I was supposed to have gone home and had my first appointment with her, when I realized I wasn't going to make the appointment, she just so happened to call to let me know she was going to be late due to horrible traffic, when I explained the situation instead of canceling the appointment she came straight to the hospital and spent the next eight or so hours with me, helping and go through a c-section and recovery and just be there with me so my husband could be with our baby in the NICU. I was so grateful to have her there, otherwise I would have been alone after going through a very traumatic situation, very suddenly. Over the next month while our baby was in the nicu she checked on us almost daily and sometimes more. Then, after our sweet baby came home, she came and helped me with various things so I didn't so feel so overwhelmed by everything that was happening and had happened. I had no idea when we obtained her services that we would be cared for so well. I would recommend hiring her to anyone who was looking for a Dula. She was wonderful!

Working with Whitney as our doula was one of the greatest decisions we made for our birth. She was absolutely incredible! From the very beginning, she jumped into action and had an amazing ability to read the room and know exactly what was needed all while maintaining a calm presence. One of our biggest hopes in hiring a doula was for my husband to feed confident and supported during labor, and Whitney exceeded every expectation. During our pre-labor visits, she walked us through our birth plan, answered all of our questions, and taught us strategies and techniques for pain management. Throughout the weeks leading up to birth, she stayed in close contact, checking in over text and offering reassurance whenever we needed it. When I was induced, Whitney was the first one at the hospital. My labor involved more interventions than I had hoped for, and she helped me understand each one, talk through my options, and know what questions to ask the midwives. Through every contraction, she was right there providing counter pressure and steady emotional support. Even though my birth took unexpected turns and didn’t follow my original plan, Whitney helped make it a magical, empowering and truly beautiful experience. Let me start by saying that I NEVER leave reviews unless I was really moved by something. Joleen is such an incredible doula, words can't express enough how much support she provided during my birth experience. She actually cares about her clients and the outcome they desire. I highly recommend having a doula who is also a massage therapist-- a damn good one at that-- I had extreme back labor and needed counter pressure every single contraction. She was with me for 9 or 10 hours and never gave up! She had me move into countless different positions to get my baby to move down and out, and I never felt like we ran out of things to try. My husband was skeptical of hiring a doula at first, but was so thankful that we had her help and that it wasn't all on him after it was all said and done. 😉 I attribute my going natural 100% on the team of people I had with me that day; I would have caved and got an epidural if it was just me and the hubby. My midwife was even complimenting her on how much she was doing to help me! Joleen's gentle guidance was everything. I highly recommend her to anyone who is going to give birth, but especially those who want to have a natural birth!! Having that extra support could really make or break your experience. ❤

I wish I could give Morgan 10 stars. She was amazing throughout my entire experience. She helped me through my 33 hours of mostly unmedicated labor by providing foot and head massages, hip pressure, back rubs, and so much more. She also made sure the hospital staff were aware of my birth plan and advocated for me and helped me decide what was right when they suggested we deviate from it. She made labor and delivery so much better than it would have been that I will never have another baby without her.
