I’m a mom of three, and my journey into postpartum work was shaped by my own experience navigating early motherhood. I’m a double-certified postpartum doula through ProDoula and ABG, as well as a newborn care specialist, specializing in overnight care that prioritizes rest, recovery, and ease for the entire family. I’ve supported numerous families both independently and as part of a professional doula team, caring for a wide range of newborn needs—including twins and preemies. I’m confident in managing varying feeding schedules, routines, and transitions, always meeting each family where they are. My approach is warm, intuitive, and steady. I focus on creating a calm, nurturing environment so parents can truly rest, while feeling fully supported and at ease. Families often share that I bring a grounding, reassuring presence during such a transformative time.

I've been a birth doula for 35 years (I started young!) and I am also a childbirth educator. I got into doula work to advocate so that you can have the best birth possible. I am certified in Spiningbabies, the Rebozo Technique and in Acupuncture. Im 19 and recently finished getting my certification as a Holistic Pregnancy and Birth Practitioner. I have been a nanny for a little over two years and I really enjoy the work and kiddos. I started with one of the families while they were pregnant with baby number 2 and was able to offer mom the chance to rest or spend 1:1 time with baby and I really enjoyed it. With my recent training I am hoping to use it and get into become a birth/postpartum doula. I want to offer my services and a lower price while I help with my first births and learn what to fully expect outside of the classroom. I feel more connected to postpartum work and being able to nurture the parents, whether that be pre-birth to “nest” for baby, find meals to prep/cook postpartum, basic housework like dishes and laundry and even some potential grocery shopping for those first few weeks when it’s not ideal to take baby out. I like to create a judgement free zone and am open to all styles of life but am more in the middle of lightly holistic and following modern medicine and recommendations but I am ultimately here to support parents decision.

I am here to help you have the birth experience you want. Whether it is an unmedicated birth, or you get an epidural, you are at home or at a hospital. I am here to support you. I am not here to judge anyone’s decisions or beliefs. My job is to support you in your choices. It is your birth experience let’s do it your way. When it comes to my clients I like to have a gentle touch, and a grounding presence. I also find adding in a dash of humor here and there helps lighten the mood. I am a strong ally of the LBGTQIA+ community, and would be more than happy to take on and support any clients who are part of that community. My doula experience began at UCSD through the Hearts and Hands program, and I still volunteer there today.
