I’m a mom of 3 girls and got into lactation consulting after having difficulty nursing my first. I do office, home, and telehealth appointments and work with many insurance plans so that visits are fully or mainly covered.

My Story I am New York native, living in Los Angeles now for the last 15 years. I am a proud mom to my 6 six boys (age 5 to 21) so for a long time I was either pregnant or breastfeeding. Each baby breastfed for a different duration of time depending on what was going on in my life then and I enjoyed every minute of it. As my boys grew older I was on the search for a new career so I started searching. After exploring various career options, and helping some new mom friends along the way I set my eyes on becoming a Lactation Consultant. This profession combines my passions for babies, breastfeeding and helping others. I so enjoyed my breastfeeding experiences with my babies and wished the same for all moms. So, in my 30's and mom of 5 at the time, I returned to school. After completing my prerequisites, I joined the LC program at UCSD and finally became an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) in 2019. ​

I became a doula to not only heal from my traumatic birth expirence but also to help others hopefully avoid one all together. When breastfeeding both of my children I was not prepared for all of the issues that could occur! Milk supply concerns, pumping when returning to work, clogged ducts, fussy baby, the list goes on! I have years of experience in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) as well as the Newborn Nursery. Being a nurse and working with babies is where I am meant to be! While working in the NICU I found my passion for helping breastfeeding mothers. So I decided to study to become a Lactation Consultant.
