I offer emotional, informational, and physical support throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. I provide client centred, unbiased & non-judgmental, trauma-informed support. Hi, I’m Stephanie! I’m a mama of two and someone who truly understands how transformative the journey into parenthood can be. I’ve always been drawn to calm, grounding spaces, whether that’s near the water or in the quiet moments that matter most and I bring that same sense of ease and support into my work as a doula. My path to becoming a doula began before I even realized it. After supporting my sister and brother-in-law with my newborn nephew, I experienced firsthand how vital compassionate, hands-on support can be during those early days. That experience sparked a deep passion in me for creating positive, empowering birth and postpartum journeys. After welcoming my second child, I followed that calling and completed my doula training so I could support other families in a meaningful way. When I’m not supporting families, you’ll likely find me unwinding with a little reality TV. I’m a proud Bravoholic! I am currently offering a limited number of Founding Client spaces at a preferred rate (special introductory rate) as I complete the final steps of my certification. I’m a passionate and experienced parent who knows firsthand how magical - and sometimes overwhelming the newborn stage can be. I had a doula for my own births, and that experience opened my eyes to just how beautiful and capable the human body is. I’ve always been drawn to the process of birth and early parenting, and I’ve loved every stage of being a mom, from breastfeeding all of my babies to babywearing, co-sleeping, and fully embracing the joys and challenges of the newborn period. My philosophy as a postpartum doula is rooted in gentle, intuitive support that honors both baby and parent. I believe every family deserves care, guidance, and reassurance as they navigate the first weeks and months together. I’m here to help parents feel confident, nourished, and supported - whether it’s through hands-on newborn care, breastfeeding support, light household help, or simply being a calm and encouraging presence when you need it most. Hello!! I’m Emma (she/they) and I am a birth and postpartum doula! I’m currently finishing my certification through Bebo Mia and I have a bachelors degree in Nursing. I am a strong believer of birth and postpartum being unique to each family and that it is a sacred experience for all families. I have always had a deep passion for labour, birth and postpartum that becoming a doula has been a calling fulfilled!
