Hi there! I’m Chanterious, a Certified Postpartum & Infant Care Doula and the heart behind Chan’s Gentle Touch Postpartum Care💓🌸. Caring for mothers and newborns isn’t just what I do—it’s truly what I love. With several years of experience working on a Mother-Baby unit in the hospital, I’ve had the joy of caring for countless families during one of life’s most beautiful transitions. I believe every mom deserves to feel nurtured, supported, and never alone during the postpartum period. My goal is to create a peaceful, judgment-free space where you can rest, heal, and soak in all the precious moments with your new baby while knowing someone is there to support you every step of the way. Whether I’m caring for your little one overnight so you can catch up on much-needed sleep, offering infant feeding support, helping with your recovery, or simply being a reassuring presence, I’m here to make those early weeks feel a little lighter and a lot more joyful. As both a healthcare professional and a mom myself, I understand how overwhelming—and incredibly special—this season can be. I love building genuine connections with the families I serve and treating each home with the same love, kindness, and respect I would want for my own. It would truly be an honor to walk alongside your family during this exciting new chapter. I can’t wait to meet you and your little 🫶🏼

Chan was our doula the first 2 weeks of June since babygirl decided to come early lol. She was very understanding and flexible. The information she provided was very helpful, and I felt confident with breastfeeding after our time with her ended. We debriefed every morning after her overnight shift and all her updates about baby girl were informative and well detailed. I’m so thankful we came across her profile.

I can't speak highly enough about Shaniqua. She is warm, extremely knowledgeable, and puts you at total ease. Shaniqua was both my L&D doula and postpartum doula for my first born. I was ridiculously anxious about all things childbirth and newborn care, and Shaniqua was my number 1 support. She is a baby whisperer and absolutely loves her job. It is rare to find people that are so good at what they do. I recommend her to every one I know. If you are lucky enough to have the opportunity to work with Shaniqua, don't hesitate to book her!!

First off Rhonda was amazing from the moment I met her on zoom I instantly felt safe motherly love. She was someone that could help me navigate through my pregnancy and birth. My first pregnancy I was younger less educated on birth and nervous. My pregnancy in 2024 leading up to the birth of my baby girl was nothing short of amazing. Rhonda encouraged me, she was attentive, she checked on me regularly. If you are looking for a doula she is the one. I absolutely will never forget her being apart of my life and the impact she made on myself and my family. I delivered a 7 lb 2 oz baby girl natural no medication at all and I thank Rhonda and god for seeing me through that deliver. When I wanted to give up and said I couldn't do it Rhonda encouraged me and comforted me we listened to gospel music during my delivery as she rubbed my face and talked me through if I were to have another baby id call her right on up. I will forever love her and respect her. She even did my placenta encapsulation she is heaven sent call Rhonda right on up!

I’m a Mother of 5 and have been a Birth and Postpartum Doula since 2005. I believe informed, supported families make confident decisions and that emotional safety matters just as much as physical care. My approach is calm, judgment-free, and deeply client-centered. I support families through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period with hands-on education, advocacy, and compassionate emotional support. I’m especially mindful of how past experiences, expectations, and birth trauma can shape the way someone moves through pregnancy and birth, and I strive to create a space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. I don’t believe there’s one “right” way to give birth. My role is to meet you where you are, help you understand your options, and support you in making decisions that feel aligned with your values. Whether you’re planning a low-intervention birth, navigating medical care, or processing a previous experience, I’m here to walk alongside you. When I’m not supporting families, you can usually find me staying active in the gym, learning more about holistic health, or soaking up time with my own family.

I’m Emma — a mother of four and a Christian birth doula who believes birth is sacred, holy, and thoughtfully designed by our Creator. I trust that women’s bodies were created without flaw and are more than capable of birthing, and my role is to gently support and protect that design. I bring a calm, steady, and nurturing presence into the birth space, intentionally creating an atmosphere of peace, safety, and confidence as labor unfolds. With quiet reassurance and intuitive support, I help mothers stay grounded, informed, and in control of their birth decisions while working collaboratively with their care team. Birth is holy work. I am deeply intentional about protecting the atmosphere of the room—creating a space where peace is prioritized, voices are respected, and mothers feel supported to labor and birth with confidence and calm.

I cannot say enough amazing things about emma! From the moment she joined my birth team, I felt supported, understood, and genuinely cared for. She was calm, reassuring, and incredibly knowledgeable  the exact presence I needed throughout pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. She checked on me consistently, answered every question without judgment, and made sure I always felt empowered in every decision. During labor, she brought such a grounding energy. She anticipated my needs before I even said them and helped create a peaceful environment that made a huge difference in my birth experience. What I appreciated most was how she advocated for me and made sure my voice was heard. She held space for me emotionally, guided me physically, and truly honored the kind of birth I wanted. Her support didn’t stop after delivery she followed up, encouraged me, and made the transition home feel so much easier. Hiring her was one of the best decisions I made. I’m incredibly grateful for her compassion, professionalism, and warmth. I would recommend her to any expectant parent without hesitation.
