Most women I know didn’t feel that way about their births — and that’s what pulled me into this work. I’m especially drawn to: Parents who see birth as a major life event — and want to plan it with care, not just "go with the flow" Parents who had a birth that left them feeling disappointed or traumatized — and who want a different story this time My approach is rooted in values: self-trust, autonomy, and honoring the body’s wisdom. I don’t believe in rigid checklists or cookie-cutter plans. I focus on helping you figure out what matters most to you, and then build a plan that supports that. I’ll teach you to advocate for yourself — and I’ll step in to back you up when needed. You won’t be alone. My favorite part of this work? The women. The honest conversations. The deep relationships. Watching someone grow into motherhood with intention and power is the biggest honor of my life. A few personal things: I’m a very type-B personality. The bad? My car is always a mess. The good? I am flexible, intuitive, and empathetic. In my personal time, I love learning the names of all the local plants. It's probably an even nerdier hobby than learning about birth! I have a deep weakness for dark chocolate, and never go to bed without second dinner. I truly believe that birth can be one of the most powerful and positive experiences of your life — when you have the right support. I'm excited to meet you!

Hi! I'm Ashlee! Native of Utah County and mom of 4. From a young age I had an interest in birth and all things babies. This led me to complete my medical assisting certification in high school and take a job with Utah Valley Pediatrics in the late spring of 2001. After working there for a little over 23 years I decided to become certified as a birth and postpartum doula! Birth is powerful, and so are you. As your doula, I’m here to walk beside you — offering knowledge, advocacy, and heartfelt support as you make the choices that feel best for you and your family. I believe education creates empowerment, and that every parent deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported through their prenatal, birth and postpartum experiences.

Pregnancy, birth, and babies...I love it all! I see the birth process as a huge opportunity for growth and healing. This is an opportunity for the birthing person to communicate with their body and find their own intuitive & unique way of birthing. This is not just a mother experience but a parent experience, I love getting the partners involved. I am also a massage therapists and birth photographer. Massage during labor can be so helpful and amazing and I love capturing the sweet moments between a couple and meeting your baby! Meredith is a certified birth doula, postpartum doula, certified women’s hormone specialist, cycle + fertility coach, menstruation educator, and mother to three amazing kids, ages 7, 5 and 3. She loves everything about the menstrual cycle–hormones, menstruation, fertility, birth, postpartum, and menopause. She loves teaching women (and families) how to use their cycle to balance their lives (and their hormones) and accomplish their goals for growing their family, or not. But Birth has a special place in Meredith’s heart. She came to birth work on a Thursday afternoon driving home from her Human Resources job. She was complaining about her job to her sister and her sister’s response was, “you should go be a Doula”. What’s a Doula? After her sister explained what a Doula does, a voice inside of her said, “I was born to do that”. She was in Doula training the next month and she has never looked back. She loves being with families and witnessing their growth and transformation as they move through the birth and postpartum process. Meredith excels at supporting families through natural/unmedicated birth both in and out of the hospital, and a lot of her clients have great results from her support in delaying medication so that it supports their labor rather than hinders it. Meredith is passionate about families knowing their options, preparing well, and tapping into the spiritual nature of the birth process to create an empowering experience. I have always thought that pregnancy and birth are the most incredible things in the world. While battling infertility the last few years, I found myself feeling a lack of purpose in my life. This led me to birth work and becoming a birth doula. From the fascinating training to the first birth I attended, I knew this was the purpose I was looking for. I became a Birth Boot Camp Certified Birth Doula in January 2024. I passionately believe that every mom can and deserves to have a positive birth experience, whatever that looks like to her. My name is Bailey Howell, and I am a certified Postpartum and Infant Care Doula, as well as a pre-certified Labor Doula! I recently graduated from Utah State with a degree in Human Development and Family Studies and realized that I have a huge passion for strengthening family relationships and bringing more joy into the home. Birth brings a substantial change to a family and my goal is to bring more education and support to new parents in order to make the transition to parenthood easier. I am a proud boy mom to three wonderful boys who will someday change the world. I am an Army Medic and EMT. I love helping people, but felt called to develop my passion for birth work after my second child was born in the height of COVID during an amazing home birth. I have learned that there is so much to be honored in pregnancy, the birthing space, and the postpartum period, and I love being able to help families feel empowered and supported during those transitions.
