That’s why my philosophy is women should be strong, resilient, and ready to take on all of life’s challenges without having to worry about the pelvic floor. Whether you’re training for a CrossFit competition, a marathon, pregnancy, or motherhood, my passion is empowering you to live a fit and active lifestyle without pelvic floor dysfunction holding you back. I specialize in helping female fitness athletes overcome pelvic floor dysfunctions, as well as pregnant fitness athletes stay strong through pregnancy, prep for birth, navigate the postpartum space, and return to running, lifting, and gymnastics.
