Harneet Grewal is a former Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) who realized her skills for comforting and caring for individuals during stressful and difficult times would translate into a birthing and postpartum environment seamlessly. She understands the importance of patient advocacy and has gained valuable experience from interfacing with providers within the healthcare system. Born and raised in the Seattle Metropolitan Area, Harneet has served various local and international communities through nonprofits and believes helping others is the highest honor. She is now aspiring to continue the privilege of helping others by offering services as a Birth Doula and Postpartum Doula with the goal of becoming a Certified Professional Midwife. She is currently working on training as a Fertility Doula to offer pre-conception services to meet the growing needs of the community.

I’d like to share my experience with the exceptional postpartum doula who supported our family during the first weeks of life with our baby. Harneet came into our home and immediately felt like family! we were blown away by the level of knowledge and assistance she was able to provide. It was clear right away that Harneet is truly gifted at postpartum work. She was able to seamlessly integrate into our routine during that vulnerable (and exhausting!) period to provide meaningful, non-judgmental relief and peace of mind in the care of ourselves, our daughter, and our home. She was able to build an instant connection with our baby and was able to give us individualized tips on how to soothe her when she was not around. We would adamantly recommend Harneet's services to any of our family or friends looking for a postpartum doula to provide support and/or guidance for their growing family.

Hi Friends! My name is Marlo Knight and I am a certified postpartum doula and certified newborn care specialist as well as a certified postpartum nutrition specialist. I am located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. I love supporting families during the magical and sleep deprived first weeks of their baby's life! I absolutely love what I do and do it with my whole heart. I am always looking to bring a sense of peace and calm to the homes I am invited into and I strive to create a judgement free space for parents to ask questions and express themselves freely. As a mother of 3 and a grandmother I bring with me lots of experience in nurturing little ones and their mamas. I can't wait to get acquainted with you! In my free time I enjoy my volunteer work, cooking (my love language), wine tasting with my best guy, family time with my girls and their families, and naps with my cat.

Our experience with Marlo as our doula was fantastic and a huge help with transition from one to two kids. She supported us with night times for about two months and it was a smooth process and allowed us to get much needed rest at night. Marlo is communicative and reliable. She is a great person to also ask for advice for baby related questions as far as feeding and sleep. Marlo is kind and loves babies and children. :) She is detail oriented and always had notes and information for the hand-off in the mornings. We appreciate Marlo supporting us during this transition with our new baby and would recommend her to anyone looking for doula support. Thank you!

I recently reconnected with Sage and she asked me to post a review, since I was the very first birth she ever attended. Sage wasn't a doula when she was there for my kids births, she was just a friend who had given birth before, and who offered to support me when I was young, inexperienced and alone. I had a boyfriend, but they were his first kids too and we were both scared. Between us asking her to be at the birth, and me going into labor the first time, she learned so so much about birth and postpartum and taught me so much. I didn't go to a birth class but I felt way more prepared one she started sharing what she'd learned. When the time came, and I was in labor, I told her and she drove from Atascadero to San Diego, made the 6 hour drive in 5 hours, and was with us for the hardest part of the birth. I still wonder if I could have done it without her help and I really don't think so. Having her there with me was so helpful that I even asked her to be there for my son a few years later, and asked her to go to a friend's birth as well. I'm really glad that she's doing this now, even if it took her 15 years before she decided to do it. I'm so glad we reconnected and I could share this, and I'm so proud to be the very first birth she attended and supported.

We are beyond grateful to have had Bethany as our doula throughout our first pregnancy and postpartum journey. From the very beginning, she brought such a beautiful balance of knowledge, compassion, and cultural awareness into our experience. As a Filipino family, it meant so much to us that Bethany honored and valued our ancestral Filipino heritage in her care. She made space for traditions, cultural practices, and generational wisdom in a way that felt deeply respectful and affirming. It truly made our journey feel more connected, grounded, and meaningful. One of the things we appreciated most was Bethany’s incredible patience, calmness, and grounding energy. During moments that felt overwhelming, she had a way of centering us and bringing peace into the space. Her presence alone was reassuring and made us feel supported every step of the way. Bethany was also incredibly flexible and patient with our ever-changing schedules, always meeting us with understanding, grace, and genuine care. No matter how hectic things became, she consistently showed up for us with consistency and heart. We also loved her knowledge around nourishing meal and drink preparation throughout my pregnancy. Her thoughtful recipes and recommendations helped me feel supported physically and emotionally, and made taking care of my body feel intentional and empowering. Her incorporation of sound bowl therapy, along with guided meditative yoga for both my partner and me, was another beautiful and meaningful part of her care. These sessions created space for deep relaxation, emotional release, and spiritual grounding. We cherished those moments of stillness and connection, feeling more bonded to each other and to our baby during those times. We’re especially thankful that we were connected to her through one of our own cousins—it feels like such a blessing that our paths crossed. Having someone we could trust so deeply during such a vulnerable and transformative season made all the difference. We couldn’t have asked for a better doula and are forever grateful for the role Bethany played in welcoming our baby and supporting our family. We wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for compassionate, culturally conscious, and dependable support.
