I moved to FL in OCT 2019. My oldest was a traumatic labor and delivery. It was with a provider that I didn't research and everything felt out of my control. It was rushed, medicated, and scary. After that I promised myself to have a better birth next time. All of my other children have been natural births, in the hospital, with a midwife. I decided to become a doula early into 2021 after finding out I was going to be an aunt. I researched and learned and realized that this is my passion. As a doula I offer many forms of support and aid. I am trained in natural pain relief positioning, comforting touch, and breathing techniques.
