Hello new parents! I am close to finishing up my training for becoming a postpartum doula. It has always been my dream to provide families with help in whatever way possible to make things so much easier for mom and baby as well as the rest of the family. Having so much hands on time with newborns and little ones, I am looking to provide in all postpartum aspects.

I believe every family deserves care, guidance, and reassurance as they navigate the first weeks and months together. I’m here to help parents feel confident, nourished, and supported - whether it’s through hands-on newborn care, breastfeeding support, light household help, or simply being a calm and encouraging presence when you need it most. My goal is to empower families to enjoy this fleeting, transformative stage with less stress and more connection, knowing they are seen, supported, and capable every step of the way.

Hello my name is Becky Vanoverbeke I am a Full Spectrum doula but have decided to start off as a Postpartum doula to start off due to my experience with babies. I used to be an Early Childhood Educator and worked mostly with toddlers and babies through my 10 years of working. My mission is to help postpartum mother get the rest they need so that they can fulfill there time looking after their children feeling relaxed and not emotionally drained. My practice tries to create a judgement free place for all parent seeking help. In my free time I love watching the Toronto Blue Jays with my son and playing with my dog.

I’m a momma to 3 incredible babies, my love for pregnancy and babies started at young age, I always knew I wanted to be a mom. I decided to get into birth work after my first baby was born. I have experienced 3 vastly different births myself including a c-section and 2 home births. I am so passionate about vbacs and home births but I support all births and everyone’s decisions. I am based out of Norfolk county but I do travel within reason.

Lara Esrey (they/them) is a queer non-binary full spectrum doula & educator. They offer doula support for birth, postpartum, abortion & loss. They also teach childbirth & postpartum preparation prenatal classes, offer lactation support, and are a community herbalist. Lara is trauma informed and approaches this work from a person-centred standpoint.
