If you welcome me into your birth space I hold this responsibility close to my heart. I am deeply passionate about supporting you in trusting your body, knowing your rights, and protecting the sacredness of your birth! I can't wait to meet you!! The women + people I work with are looking for a doula who is… Collaborative, heart-centered, and authentic - While being evidence-based, flexible, and rooted in supporting intuitive, body-led birth I consider myself a birth nerd, and mental health advocate. I also have deep trust in the human body's ability to birth.

Michelle was an incredible source of strength during one of the most vulnerable moments of my life. My labor didn’t go the way the birth plan we created and at times I felt overwhelmed and unheard by the doctors. Michelle made sure I never felt invisible. She truly listened to me, advocated for me, and helped me feel seen and understood when I needed it most. Even when things became difficult and unpredictable, she kept me grounded with her calm presence and reassurance. Having my doulas by my side made all the difference; they supported me with so much compassion and care that it felt like having family in the room. I’m so grateful I got to work with them and I would want them by my side for every birth because of the love, strength, and comfort they brought to my experience. Truly, even after my emergency C-section, having doulas was one of the best choices I've made.

Hello! My name is Indira Alli, and I am a dedicated postpartum doula based in Tampa, Florida. With over 26 years of experience, I understand that welcoming a new baby is a beautiful and life-changing experience—but it can also bring many new challenges for the entire household. My goal as a postpartum doula is to provide compassionate, practical, and dependable support as families adjust to life with their new baby. I focus on helping parents feel confident, supported, and cared for while assisting with the everyday needs that make the postpartum transition smoother and more comfortable. I believe that when a new mother and family feel supported, everyone has a better opportunity to rest, recover, bond, and enjoy those precious early moments together. When I'm not supporting families, I enjoy spending quality time with my own family and sharing great meals together. I look forward to helping you and your family feel supported, confident, and cared for during this special chapter of your lives.

My day time support with Indira was more then what I expected! She was so caring and sweet towards me and my baby girl. I thought I would not be able to leave my new born to go take a nap. But after watching how she would cradle and talk to her I was confident she was in good hands! Omg her meals were delish! Indira reassured me I was doing a great job even when I had doubts. Definitely will be calling Indira for baby number #2!!!!

Hello there! I'm genuinely excited to share a bit about myself and why I'm so passionate about being a doula. My journey in doula work is rooted in a deep commitment to providing warm, culturally competent support. I have a special focus on being there for marginalized communities. Drawing from my own experiences and education, I've found a unique wellspring of empathy and understanding that I bring to every interaction. In addition to my commitment to inclusive and compassionate care, I am a proud Christian. My faith plays a significant role in my life, and I am thrilled to offer spiritual support to anyone who desires it during their childbirth journey. Whether it involves prayer, scripture, or simply creating a peaceful and comforting atmosphere, I am here to tailor my doula practice to align with your spiritual preferences. I'm dedicated to staying in the know, constantly educating myself on the specific needs of the communities I'm here to serve. It's not just about what I know now; it's about the continuous learning journey. Staying informed about the latest in doula care is my way of making sure I'm always offering the best support possible. I'm all about openness and zero judgment. That's my promise to you – a safe and welcoming space where your unique story is not just heard but celebrated. I truly believe that my one-of-a-kind background, perspective, and faith can make a meaningful, positive impact on the incredible individuals and communities I have the privilege of supporting during the transformative journey of childbirth. Can't wait to be a part of your journey!

Hello I'm Courtney (she/her)! I am a cross trained doula, certified through ProDoula. I am a mom of 6 kids ages 16-4. As a former military spouse, my kids were born in 4 different states! I moved to FL in OCT 2019. My oldest was a traumatic labor and delivery. It was with a provider that I didn't research and everything felt out of my control. It was rushed, medicated, and scary. After that I promised myself to have a better birth next time. All of my other children have been natural births, in the hospital, with a midwife. I decided to become a doula early into 2021 after finding out I was going to be an aunt. I researched and learned and realized that this is my passion. As a doula I offer many forms of support and aid. I am trained in natural pain relief positioning, comforting touch, and breathing techniques. I am an emotional support to ensure that families have a positive birthing experience. I also am a support to your birth partner, whether your birth partner is a spouse, parent, romantic partner, family member, or friend. I help to make sure your birth partner is as involved as you wish them to be. I help you to make informed decisions that work best for you and your birth experience. I believe in informing my clients, not influencing them. I advocate for you! I will help your voice and wishes be heard so you can have the birth that you want and deserve. I want to make sure things are done with your consent and understanding. Whether you choose a hospital, birthing center or home birth, whether you want a medicated or unmedicated birth, a doula is an integral part of your birth. I hope to join you in this special time in your life.
