The cost of a night nanny in Temecula, CA can be influenced by several factors:

  • Experience and Qualifications

Nannies with extensive experience, certifications (e.g., newborn care specialist), or specific training often charge higher rates.

  • Number of Babies

Caring for twins or multiples typically costs more than caring for a single baby due to the increased workload.

  • Hours and Duration

Rates may vary depending on the number of hours per night, the total number of nights required, and whether the arrangement is short-term or long-term.

  • Duties and Responsibilities

Additional responsibilities, such as bottle preparation, light housekeeping, or sleep training, can increase the cost.

  • Time of Year

Demand during peak times, like the holiday season, may drive prices higher.

  • Agency Fees

Hiring through an agency often includes placement fees or additional charges for their services, adding to the overall cost.

  • Overnight Rates vs. Hourly Rates

Some nannies charge a flat overnight rate, while others charge hourly, which can influence costs depending on the length of the shift.

When considering hiring a night nanny in Temecula, CA, it's advisable to research and interview several night nannies to find one who aligns with your preferences, needs, and budget. During consultations, you can discuss their specific services and pricing structure to ensure you have a clear understanding of what is included and the associated costs. This process will help you find a night nanny who meets your needs and fits within your budget.

I’m a community-based birth worker and maternal health advocate with a deep commitment to supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum journey with care that is informed, calm, and centered on dignity. My work is rooted in both lived experience and years of supporting families through community initiatives focused on maternal wellness and emotional support. I also lead a maternal mental health initiative that brings mothers together in meaningful ways which build connection, healing, and shared knowledge across generations. I am especially passionate about improving birth outcomes and ensuring families feel informed, respected, and supported in every decision they make. My approach to birth is grounded in trust in the body, education, and advocacy which help parents feel safe, seen, and empowered no matter how their birth unfolds. I bring strong skills in emotional support, birth preparation education, and continuity of care, along with experience working in community settings that center Black maternal health and holistic, culturally responsive care. My goal is always to hold space where families feel both protected and empowered as they step into parenthood. Outside of birth work, I bring a warm, down-to-earth energy and love finding joy in the small things, whether that’s roller skating, music that sets the mood, or laughter that makes a hard day feel lighter. I believe joy is part of healing too, and I try to carry that into every space I’m in.

Carla is a true God send! I'm so grateful to have found her. I was searching for a doula because I needed someone to go into the labor/delivery room and advocate for me should things not go as planned. With her help and guidance, I was able to labor successfully at home, managing my own pain, and she was right there with me to welcome my little one into the world. After leaving the hospital, I struggled tremendously with breastfeeding. She knew how important it was to me so she wouldn't let me give up. Thanks to her wisdom and helpful tips, I successfully nursed my little one for a yr and a half! Thank you again!!

Hi Families! My name is Karla Aguilar, and I’m a Postpartum Doula, Newborn Care Specialist, proud mom to a sweet 9 year old and 1x Gestational surrogate. My passion has always been rooted in childcare, beginning my career as an early childhood educator with a certificate in Child Development and Early Childhood Education from Cerritos College. With years of experience in daycare centers, public schools, and private homes, my heart has always been drawn to newborn and postpartum care. Becoming a young mother and navigating postpartum with limited support opened my eyes to the gap in care during this beautiful yet vulnerable stage, inspiring me to provide the support I once needed myself. In 2026, my passion for family building led me to become a gestational surrogate, giving me the incredible opportunity to experience pregnancy, labor, and postpartum recovery for a second time. Having recently gone through postpartum myself, including pumping, Labor, OBYGN appointments I bring even more firsthand knowledge, understanding, and compassion to the families I support. I truly believe it takes a village to bring little ones into this world, and I’m honored to be part of yours, providing warm, nurturing, and professional care to your family.

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Karla. She is an extraordinary person who consistently goes above and beyond, and the warmth, compassion, and genuine love she has shown our newborn son have meant the world to our family. As first-time parents, the idea of leaving our newborn in someone else’s care was understandably a little intimidating. But from the moment we interviewed Karla, she gave us absolutely no reason to hesitate. Her professionalism, experience, and incredibly warm personality immediately put us at ease. We felt safe and confident knowing our little guy was in such capable and loving hands. What makes Karla so special is that she doesn’t simply show up and do her job. She genuinely cares. She has surprised us time and time again with her thoughtfulness, her willingness to go above and beyond, and the attention she gives to every little detail. She always made sure we knew how our son was doing throughout the night, giving us tremendous peace of mind and allowing us to actually relax and get some much-needed rest. Her passion for what she does is apparent the moment she walks through your door. There is something incredibly special about welcoming someone into your home who treats your child with the same tenderness and affection you would. Karla has a way of making herself feel like an extension of your family, and I think that speaks volumes about the kind of person she is. I’ve never felt compelled to write a Google review until now. And the reason I’m writing this one is simple: I believe so strongly in the work Karla does, the care she provides, and her extraordinary ability to deliver on the trust that families place in her. When someone makes this meaningful a difference in your family’s life, it deserves to be recognized. I’ve already recommended her to one of my closest friends, and I would recommend her to absolutely anyone looking for exceptional newborn care. Having Karla in your home is truly a gift, especially during those early months when everything is so new and overwhelming. We feel incredibly fortunate to have found her, and we’re looking forward to continuing to work with her as our little guy grows over the coming months and years. She is simply wonderful, and any family would be lucky to have her.

My name is Val, and I have over two decades as a birth doula in San Diego, California. I have a health care background and value this aspect of bringing my experience to all the births I support. My philosophy for birth, is to remember that a woman will always remember how she was spoken to, and treated on the day of her giving birth. I love this work, it is a calling and truly an honor to be invited to a birth. I had a mom tell me one time, while she was searching for a doula, after asking her sister who had used a doula for her second birth, responded with the following: "Using a doula is the difference of flying first class compared to coach!" This mom went on to have a fantastic experience.

Recent review

Where do I even begin. Val gave me the most incredible birth experience, and I truly don’t think I could have done it without her. You can immediately tell she has a strong background and a lot of experience. There’s a calm confidence about her that made me feel safe from the very beginning. It gave me so much peace of mind, especially as a first-time mom who was honestly SO nervous and scared to give birth. She was patient, attentive, and unbelievably kind. In moments where I felt anxious or unsure, she grounded me. She empowered me in a way I didn’t know I needed. She made me feel strong and capable. What I loved most is how she truly catered everything to me. She listened, she adjusted, she showed up exactly how I needed her to. And she did it all while feeling so personable and warm. I cannot thank her enough for the role she played in bringing my baby into the world. I will absolutely want her by my side for any future births. 🤍

Hi, I'm Monica—the heart behind Bloom & Breathe Doula Co. I'm a proud Mexican and Guatemalan woman, born and raised in Southern California, where family, community, and caring for others have always been at the center of my life. At 31 years old, I've spent the last five years working in the field of child development, supporting children and families through some of their most important milestones. That passion naturally led me to birth work, where I discovered my calling: walking alongside growing families with compassionate, evidence-based care during one of life's most transformative seasons. As mom to an energetic, fun-loving, and incredibly kind two-year-old who wholeheartedly believes he's Spider-Man, motherhood has been the greatest gift of my life, and it's given me a deep appreciation for the joys, challenges, and incredible strength that come with raising a child. Happily married to the man who made me a mom and my biggest source of support throughout my pregnancy, labor, and delivery, he stood beside me every step of the way—offering encouragement, reassurance, and unwavering love. Experiencing that kind of support firsthand shaped my understanding of how powerful it is to feel truly seen, cared for, and advocated for during birth. It's one of the reasons I'm so passionate about ensuring every family feels supported in a way that reflects their own needs and values. I believe every parent deserves to feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. As your doula, my role is to provide continuous emotional, physical, and educational support while honoring your unique preferences, values, and birth goals. Whether you're planning an unmedicated birth, an epidural, a scheduled cesarean, a VBAC, or anything in between, I am committed to creating a calm, judgment-free space where you feel confident making informed decisions for yourself and your baby. My approach is deeply personal because no two families are the same. I take the time to understand your hopes, answer your questions, and support you through every stage of your journey. From prenatal preparation and labor support to postpartum care, my goal is to ensure you always feel informed, nurtured, and never alone. For me, being a doula is about so much more than birth—it's about building meaningful relationships and helping families begin this new chapter feeling confident, supported, and deeply cared for. It would be an honor to walk alongside you, celebrate your strength, and help you welcome your little one with peace, confidence, and unwavering support.

We hired Monica as a postpartum mommy helper starting when our baby was 2 weeks old, and she was wonderful to have during those early, overwhelming weeks. Our baby had some digestive issues and was quite fussy, and Monica was very patient and attentive with him, she had so many practical tips and suggestions for soothing him that genuinely made a difference for our whole household. She has clearly worked with a lot of babies and it showed in how calm and confident she was, even during the hard stretches. She was also wonderful with our 3-year-old, who needed extra attention during this transition, and it meant so much to see him looked after with the same warmth and care. We felt so supported having her with us during this time and would recommend her to any family, especially those navigating a fussy or colicky baby. Thank you, Monica!

Hi! My name is Stephanie and I am a Birth Doula, Childbirth Educator, and Birth Story Listener. I felt called to work with birth as a young adult, and love helping folks prepare for and navigate their birth journeys, as well as their relationship to their birth stories. My goal is to help birthing people find an empowered way through whatever comes up for them, and for them to feel supported and seen throughout the process. I also enjoy homeschooling my kids, teaching theater classes, singing in my community choir, and working for a local organic farm at the farmers market in Claremont!

Recent review

I worked with Stephanie prenatally, during labor/delivery, and postpartum too. She was wonderful to work with, a great listener, guided me and my husband well through what we could expect with having our first child, supported me through my various anxieties, and really showed up for us during labor. She was a vital advocate for me while I was at the hospital. She is knowledgable about Spinning Babies (and has received their training), did a visualization exercise with my husband and I in thinking about the unknowns of parenthood and embracing all that was to come, and she was ready and prepared to support us when she came to the hospital. She supported me emotionally and physically through early labor and all the various interventions that became necessary because I was not dilating and my labor was not progressing. Loved working with Stephanie and would recommend her to anyone for support during the birth or new mom phase of life.

She supported us through our decision to get her ties revised and helped us navigate her recovery. Heather is an expert in her field and continues to be a main source of support with my breastfeeding journey. I am so happy we found Heather and would recommend her whole heartedly to anyone who finds themselves overwhelmed or struggling with breastfeeding.

This September, my husband and I had the pleasure of having Noa as our birth doula, and we truly couldn’t be more grateful for her and Alex. From the very beginning, we felt so comfortable, supported, and connected with them. They made themselves incredibly accessible throughout the entire experience and provided us with resources for anything we needed, even beyond what they directly covered. I had a 20-hour labor and delivery that was completely unmedicated, and I truly don’t believe I could have gotten through it without Noa by my side. Her encouragement, guidance, and reassurance through every stage of labor and every intense contraction were exactly what I needed. Because of the labor preparation they provided, my husband felt confident helping me through the beginning stages of labor, and once we got to the hospital, he and Noa worked seamlessly as a team to make sure my needs were always being met. As a nurse myself, I initially didn’t think I would need an advocate to help me with my birth preferences. But we were incredibly grateful to have Noa there. She was there to remind the healthcare team of our wishes, advocate for our preferences, and remain firm when needed, allowing my husband and me to stay focused on the birth of our baby. Noa was such an integral part of one of the most important experiences of our lives. She went above and beyond in every way, and we will forever consider her family. We are so grateful for everything she did for us and already know she will be by our side for all of our future births. We cannot recommend Noa and Alex enough! ❤️

We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Barbara! From the moment she joined our family, she was such a calming, reassuring presence during those early newborn months. She would quietly come in and immediately find ways to help, often taking care of things around the house without us even having to ask. She is incredibly thoughtful, flexible, dependable, and truly goes above and beyond in everything she does. Most importantly, she was absolutely wonderful with our baby. Her warmth, patience, and genuine love for what she does were evident from day one. With her guidance and support, our daughter was sleeping through the night by just 2.5 months old! Barbara made such a difference in helping us navigate those early weeks and feel confident as parents. What started as a professional relationship quickly turned into a friendship, and we genuinely looked forward to seeing her each week. We were so sad when the time came to say goodbye, but so grateful to have had her as part of our family. We have been recommending her to everyone we know and would hire her again in a heartbeat. Any family would be incredibly lucky to have Barbara caring for their little one!

We’re based in NYC and worked with Neffie virtually to help with our 10 month old son’s sleep. She took her time to understand our routine, concerns, and what we felt comfortable doing. We really appreciated having her guidance that was specific to our baby and being able to ask her questions without feeling pressured or judged to do things. Before working together, we were struggling with early morning wakings, short naps, and hourly night wakings. With Neffie’s support, she helped us to get our son sleeping through the night, remove the early morning wakings, and prolong his daytime naps. Having Neffie’s clear plan and having her help us work through adjustments made us feel confident in how to approach things, and she even provided a document to resolve future sleep problems our son may have. We’d recommend Neffie to any parent that is looking for thoughtful, personalized sleep support. She truly cares for each family she works with, and recommend her to anyone who struggles with their child’s sleep.

Hello, I’m Kathy, and I’m honored to walk alongside families as they journey into parenthood. Becoming a mother is one of the most beautiful and life-changing experiences a woman can go through. It can also be overwhelming, emotional, and filled with uncertainty. I believe no mother should have to navigate that journey feeling alone. As a Birth and Postpartum Doula, my heart is in supporting mothers and families through the many transitions that come with pregnancy, birth, and bringing a new baby home. I am here to listen, encourage, reassure, and provide a calm and caring presence when you need it most. My educational background in Psychology, with an emphasis in Family and Marriage Therapy, has deepened my understanding of the emotional and relational changes that can occur during this important season of life. The arrival of a baby changes more than a family’s daily routine—it can change how we see ourselves, how we connect with our partners, and how we navigate our new roles as parents. I bring this understanding into my doula work by creating a safe, compassionate space where mothers and families can feel heard, supported, and understood. During pregnancy and birth, I support you in preparing for the experience you envision while respecting that birth can sometimes take an unexpected path. Whether your birth plan changes or unfolds exactly as you hoped, you deserve to feel informed, respected, and supported. After your baby arrives, my role is to help you find your rhythm as a new family. I provide practical and emotional support as you recover, learn your baby, navigate feeding and newborn care, adjust to new routines, and experience the many emotions that come with motherhood. I believe that caring for the mother is an essential part of caring for the family. My philosophy is simple: I don't believe in telling you how to be a mother. I believe in meeting you where you are, listening to what you need, and walking beside you as you discover your own way. There is no perfect birth, no perfect mother, and no single path into parenthood. There is only "your" journey—and I would be honored to be part of it. My goal is to help you feel seen, heard, supported, and confident as you move from pregnancy to birth and into the beautiful, sometimes messy, and deeply transformative journey of motherhood. You care for so many already. Let me help care for you.l.

We truly cannot put into words what Rosalie meant to our family during those early newborn weeks. She came into our lives at a time that felt overwhelming, emotional, and exhausting, and somehow brought a sense of calm, confidence, and steadiness that we didn’t know we needed so deeply. From the very beginning, we trusted her completely. The way she cared for our baby was so gentle, intuitive, and full of love, it felt like he was safe with someone who truly saw him. She didn’t just help us get through the nights, she helped us become parents. She guided us through feeding challenges, soothed him through the hardest moments, and taught us how to better understand and care for him. Her presence made everything feel more manageable. We were counting down the minutes until she would come. She was also incredibly intuitive when it came to me. She could sense when I was feeling overwhelmed or unsure and always met me with reassurance and guidance. Whether it was encouraging me to call the pediatrician when something didn’t feel right or simply reminding me to trust myself, she supported me in a way that went far beyond just caring for our baby. Saying goodbye to her was incredibly hard. We genuinely had to brace ourselves for it that entire week. There is something so special, and honestly emotional, about watching someone love and care for your baby the way Rosalie did. It’s not something you forget. We are forever grateful for her. She made one of the most vulnerable seasons of our lives feel supported, safe, and even beautiful in moments. Any family would be beyond lucky to have her, and we will always hold her in such a special place in our hearts.

Tayna was an incredible doula for our new family of three. From the very beginning, she centered everything around education-based choices, which was so important to me. She didn’t just offer support, but also equipped both me and my husband with the knowledge and confidence to navigate every decision we faced. During labor and delivery, she was a steady, grounding presence. In a space that can feel overwhelming and unpredictable, Tayna was the calm in the storm. She supported us in advocating for our wants and needs while also helping us stay flexible and informed in the moment. Because of her, my birth experience felt empowering, supported, and truly beautiful. She held space for us in a way that made us feel seen, heard, and completely cared for. We are so grateful for Tayna and feel truly lucky to have had her as part of this experience.
