I specialize in working with postpartum families from birth through the first 6 weeks, which means I’m often one of the first people helping you get comfortable and confident as you begin your breastfeeding journey. Those early days can come with a lot of questions, emotions, and unexpected challenges, and my goal is to make feeding feel less overwhelming and much more manageable. Whether you are learning how to latch, wondering if your baby is getting enough, working on milk supply, pumping, or simply trying to understand what is normal, I’m here to support you with warmth, patience, and practical guidance. I believe every family deserves lactation support that feels encouraging, judgment-free, and personalized to their goals. There is no one “right” way to feed your baby, and together we can create a plan that works for you, your baby, and your real life. I’m happy to meet families where they are most comfortable, including in the hospital when appropriate, in your home, or for an office visit.
