Peace, my name is DaVona Pacley (she/her) and I am a Certified Birth, Postpartum and Bereavement Doula located in Erie, Pennsylvania. I am also the owner of Flow Freely, a holistic wellness space offering Doula support, Reiki energy healing, and meditation services. My childcare philosophy is centered on providing a safe, nurturing, and responsive environment where children feel secure, valued, and supported. With many years of experience caring for children of all ages, including multiple children at once, I understand the importance of consistency, patience, and building trusting relationships with both children and families. As a current Assistant Director and Supervisor, I bring strong professional knowledge and a commitment to ongoing learning and best practices in childcare. I strive to meet each child’s individual needs with compassion, and provide families with peace of mind knowing their children are in capable and caring hands.
