My love for babies started when I was young, babysitting siblings, family, and friends' kids, and that lifelong passion has grown into a rewarding career path as I prepare to graduate in 2027 in Respiratory Care, aiming to specialize as an RRT in Labor & Delivery and the NICU. I’m a birth and postpartum doula who has worked with infants, young children, and their families for over 20 years. I received my birth doula training through DONA International and my postpartum training and certification through ProDoula. I also have a Bachelor’s degree in Child and Family Development, all clearances, and am CPR certified. My path to becoming a doula is a recent one, however I’ve always had a passion for learning about pregnancy, childbirth and newborn care. For much of my career, I have focused on being a preschool teacher in addition to providing private childcare for families in the area.
