Birth can be whatever you want or need it to be, and that's where I come in as your doula. Whether you want it to be empowering, transformational, peaceful, healing or you just want to get through it in one piece then working with a doula like me will make all the difference. I'm with you from start to finish, which means from whenever you sign until the end of the fourth trimester, to help any and every way I can. And as a big bonus I also do infant bodywork to help with all of those fun newborn challenges you keep hearing about, like feeding issues or colic. I love what I do and I'm sure you'll love what I do too.

Jacqueline is a certified sleep consultant through The Family Sleep Institute, and trained Good Night Sleep Educator. She is a mother of a very busy little girl and three very busy fur babies. When Jacqueline had her daughter, she had done a lot of research on what she needed for the arrival of her baby but once she was home from the hospital realized that she hadn’t learned anything about infant sleep. At doctors’ appointments, she found she was only being asked if the baby was sleeping and wasn’t given much advice on how to make sure the baby was getting enough sleep or even what enough sleep meant. Through her own discovery she learned all about sleep and how important it is not only for a baby but for everyone in the family. Jacqueline then set out to help others who were in the same position as she was once in. Jacqueline can’t wait to help families achieve their sleep goals! In her spare time, she loves to spend time with family, listen to music, play with her dogs and be outside!

I’m Kait, a Toronto-based (but very mobile!), DONA International-trained doula who is ready to support you throughout pregnancy, birth, and beyond! I have a strong passion for pregnancy, birth, babies, and supporting new parents, and my patience, care, and understanding nature are what set me apart. I will always listen without judgement and be here to advocate for you and your family. Think of me as your pregnancy and birth coach – whether this is your first child or your fifth, I am here to support you similarly to how a personal trainer helps you at the gym, how a wedding planner helps you achieve your dream wedding, or how a tour guide helps you plan your perfect vacation. From day one, I will support your pregnancy with resources, information, and education; your birth with positivity and hands-on comfort measures; and your early post-partum journey with confidence and love. I will be by your side as you bring your baby into the world whether at a hospital, birthing centre, or in the comfort of your own home. Once baby is born, I will continue to provide you with educational support as well as encouragement and emotional support as you become acquainted with your baby. I will support your infant feeding journey (breastfeeding or otherwise) and offer household organizational support. My first language is English, but I can also support you in conversational French, Portuguese, and basic Italian! Aside from supporting families as they grow, I have a passion for travelling, art, and food!

I am a Baby Led Sleep and Well being Specialist who supports parents and babies/toddlers in all things sleep! I do not use any separation based techniques or sleep training - no cry it out, timed checks, chair method etc. I empower parents to trust their instincts, respond to their baby always, learn about normal infant sleep, identify red flags that could impact sleep and make parent led changes. Cayla is a certified sleep specialist, certified parent educator, and mom of three busy kids. You may know her as @OfficialSleepingBeauties on social media. Cayla has a passion for educating and empowering parents like you on your journey to find better sleep without sleep training. After struggling with her own babies’ sleep, she’s become hyper-focused on helping parents find the middle ground between cry-it-out and wait-it-out approaches. Having experienced the impacts of sleep training in her own home, Cayla takes a non-judgemental approach that is tailored to a child’s temperament and development, with a holistic lens that considers every facet of a child’s life. She’s a big believer in having your cake and eating it, too: you can be a responsive caregiver, tending to your child with a focus on their attachment needs, while still setting boundaries and making changes that allow you to function and care for yourself, too. YOU are the expert on your baby, and she is here to help you find creative solutions that meet your family’s unique needs. BONUS: I work with adult sleep, too! If you’re struggling with your own sleep, please feel free to reach out as well.

I am passionate about providing comprehensive support to families during the postpartum period. Hi there, my name is Marj — a birth and postpartum doula, a yoga/fitness instructor, an essential oil educator, and a mom of two! I am deeply committed to wellness as a holistic lifestyle. You're welcome to book a time in my calendar (https://calendly.com/marjwong/30-45min), I'd love to connect OR send a DM on IG @marj.wong As a DONA certified doula, I believe it is within each birthing person’s innate wisdom and ability to give birth. As well, birth should be an empowering experience. Throughout both of my own pregnancies, I practiced prenatal yoga, and I attribute my own remarkable birth experiences to my yoga practice and the HypnoBirthing method. It is in this role where I feel my intuition, guidance, and personal experiences to be incredibly supportive and valuable. The maternal period can be challenging, but with the right support, I know it can also be an incredibly joyous and transformative time. I am a diaper-free, breastfeeding, and HypnoBirthing advocate. Hello and welcome! My name is Mandy and I am a certified Postpartum Doula dedicated to helping families find their footing during life with a newborn. My path to this work wasn’t just professional—it was personal. As a mother of four and a wife, I’ve walked the postpartum journey multiple times myself. I know exactly how beautiful, exhausting, and overwhelming those first few weeks can be. My own experiences taught me that families don’t just need advice; they need rest, nourishment, and a calm, non-judgmental presence to lean on. That is exactly what I strive to provide. Having lived in Germany and coming from a multicultural background, I bring an open heart and deep respect for different traditions and parenting styles. I understand that there is no "one right way" to parent—only the way that works best for your family. Whether you need support with newborn care, help getting a few hours of sleep, or just an extra set of hands to keep the household running, I’m here to make your transition smoother. I want you to feel cared for so you can focus on bonding with your baby. Let’s make your postpartum experience a time of healing and connection. I would be honored to support you.

I'm Gio Aiello, the passionate founder and CEO of Mindful Mommy Doula Matchmaking Agency. Hello parents and caregivers! I am Cheyanne. A mother, midwifery student, current nanny and future postpartum doula located in Toronto, ON. I have a deep passion for nurturing families through one of life’s most transformative journeys. My own experiences of motherhood inspired my commitment to creating gentle, informed, and compassionate care for new parents. As I work to complete my certification as a postpartum doula, I aim to offer hands-on support, emotional grounding, and evidence-based guidance to help families find balance, confidence, and rest in the early days after birth. I believe that every parent deserves to feel seen, supported, and celebrated as they welcome their baby and step into this new chapter. Whether it’s helping you rest and recover, supporting infant feeding, or simply offering a calm, reassuring presence, I’m here to walk alongside you — with warmth, respect, and care.

Hi families! I'm an experienced nanny with many years of experience with a range of ages, and I am also about to graduate nursing school. Looking forward to connecting!

Becoming a parent is a season you shouldn't have to move through alone. I'm Mandy, founder of Agape Care Doulas in Toronto, supporting families through birth and the postpartum weeks that follow — including overnight care. As a mother of four, I know both the beauty and the exhaustion of those early days. My role is simple: to be a calm, steady presence so you can rest, recover, and settle into life with your baby at your own pace. Whether you're planning for labour support, need hands-on help at home, or want someone with you through the night, I'd love to hear what your family needs.

I enjoy working with growing families to foster an environment of positivity, joy, warmth, and nurturing. With extensive experience in creating customized routines and supporting busy households, I begin guiding families through the transition into their new lives together before baby arrives, supporting them in every aspect through the first year and beyond. I gently empower parents to trust their instincts and parent authentically. I bring a warm, calming, and healing presence to each family I work with. My focus on newborn health, safety, bonding and attachment ensures that babies receive the highest standard of care, allowing parents to feel rested and show up as their best selves.

I'm a certifying postpartum doula focused on calm, client-centred support. Families tell me they appreciate having someone who is a great listener, highly trustworthy, and adaptable to their routines, values, and preferences. I don't come in with a "one right way" to do things. I listen closely to your preferences and adapt my style to what feels best for your family - with an open, bias-free perspective and a lot of curiosity and respect for the choices you make as parents.
