I don’t know yet if I prefer a hospital birth or home birth but I know that I would like to have a water birth if possible. I need a supportive, informed doula that can help me to have as smooth and natural of a birth as possible.

I’m looking for a doula within a 1 hour radius of Tuscaloosa or Birmingham that is certified and experienced with VBACs, especially VBA2C.

Plan is hospital birth, I am unsure on budget at this time. My birth plan is more of a holistic/ natural option with no vaccinations or delayed and delayed cord cutting. I'd love someone who has experience of making sure my needs are not looked over and who is willing to speak up for my partner and I without hesitation. I’m not sure how to go about this I know my first birth was disastrous they kept trying to get me to do a c-section, ignored me when I said I wanted my placenta and threw it away, disrespected my mom instead of just talking to her. It was a lot. I want to do my birth in the hospital again but it will be a different one. I’m not sure about a budget I don’t have anything money wise. I want closeness with my baby, delayed clamping till cord is white, I want to hold them as soon as they are born
