I want as little intervention as possible unless it's absolutely necessary. This is my first pregnancy after a miscarriage and my experience while miscarrying in a hospital was horrible I want to be as comfortable as possible as I deliver. My husband and he's family who we are staying with during my second, last trimester and postpartum will be available to assist if necessary.

This is my third pregnancy, I have 2 boys which were both hospital births. I am undecided yet whether I want a home birth or hospital birth yet. I know for sure I want to go natural this time. Hello, I am planning to conceive within the next 6 months and am seeking a qualified midwife for a planned home birth. I am open to a water birth and would like the flexibility to labor in different positions at home in a calm, supportive environment. My birth history includes a cesarean section in 2014 due to late decelerations, followed by a successful VBAC in 2018 without complications. I am hoping to have another VBAC at home if I am an appropriate candidate. I am located approximately 5 minutes from Athens-Limestone Hospital and would like to ensure there is a clear and efficient hospital transfer plan in place if needed. I am looking for a licensed and experienced midwife who: • Has experience attending VBAC home births (HBAC) • Is trained in emergency management and neonatal resuscitation • Provides comprehensive prenatal, labor, delivery, and postpartum care • Maintains a clear transfer protocol with nearby hospitals I am open to discussing budget and would appreciate details on total cost, payment plans, and included services. I value a provider who supports informed decision-making, low-intervention birth, and maternal autonomy while prioritizing safety for both mother and baby.

I'm currently experiencing infertility, but I am very hopeful I will get pregnant this year. I am looking for a midwife in my area that provides home birth services. I am planning on having a physiological birth at home with the fewest interventions possible. I would also love for someone I can ask questions after the baby is born and help with transitioning into life with a baby.
