Leenoshka was absolutely amazing as my doula! She came to my house and help me understand in a detailed manor the steps and the things that go into labor, and breastfeeding. When I went into labor and called her at 4am she answered and kept in touch until it was really go time and she came over. She helped the whole time, being in labor was not easy but all the tools she brought and her knowledge helped out so much. I was able to be in labor for only 40 hours, and I kept progressing and was able to do it naturally. Definitely do not know what I would have done without her. She also helped me with latching baby girl on which I absolutely appreciate!

There are no enough words to describe how thankful that. I had found Zory and was able to have her as my Doula. When I met her, I knew immediately that she was the one and that I would be extremely comfortable with her. She takes her time to meet with you, to ensure you are heard and she does her best to make sure it happens. She pays attention to detail before and during your birth. My birth did not go exactly how I planned, it went along fast and I was supper freaked out, but as soon as she arrived, I felt an extreme sense of safety and comfort. If I were to have more children, I would want Zory by my side again. During labor and during all that pain there is one thing that stands out to me and it was all her telling me that I was doing this and I was doing amazing, etc, everything else was blurred out. You would not regret having her as your Doula and you would want her to be in your life as your friend, because that's how much she cares. Thank you Zory! I am eternally grateful for you

Where do I begin…… If there’s one thing The Most High will do is cover HIS daughters I must say I couldn’t have asked for a better doula. I didn’t expect I was going to actually obtain a doula so last minute (8 months) within my pregnancy but also one that understood my birth plan. Ruth made it her business to support me in my boundaries set for medical care when possible changes had arised within the delivery. She is beyond helpful and knowledgeable in this field of care and made me feel comfortable and confident to bring in my first born son with her unconditional support. Never would I have imagined her to be able to be there for the 36 hrs of delivery but she was intentionally in ensuring my bonus daughter was tended to throughout those hours and I was cared for properly following within delivery and following his birth. Although the staff within hospital were very unbecoming with Ruth and the support of my family I couldn’t have asked for a better birth experience and it’s genuinely was because of her attentiveness to my care and the care of my son without any hesitation to tell staff what I needed when I needed it. I pray for every birth of my children in future in able to have her there to support me. Much love and respect for her purpose in this difficult field of care. I would recommend her 1000% over and over again. Ruth is a phenomenal woman and I’m so beyond thankful I was able share my birth experience with her ♥️

Rachael provided exceptional support and care throughout my experience, and I will definitely choose her for all future births. As a first-time mother planning an at-home birth, I appreciated her presence during my 42-hour labor, during which she remained by my side the entire time, even while pregnant herself. Rachael took the time to build a meaningful connection with me throughout my pregnancy, including following up with visits to check on us after the birth. As my due date approached, she ensured consistent communication and support. Rachael is one of the most compassionate, attentive, and knowledgeable professionals I have ever known. When my baby needed assistance repositioning herself, she tried every possible method she knew. She also took the time to explain medical information, options, and potential outcomes to me, which was invaluable. I genuinely believe that without Rachael’s presence, I would have become overwhelmed. Her calm demeanor and unwavering support made all the difference, and I am very grateful for her. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a caring and experienced birth professional

Elisabeth Desinord

Packages from $1,050

Hi, I'm Elli, a certified birth and postpartum doula and childbirth educator based in Lake Alfred, Florida. As your doula, my goal is to be a calm, steady presence throughout your journey into parenthood. I listen without judgment, provide clear and evidence-based information, and help you understand your options so you can make decisions that feel right for you and your family. Rather than promoting a particular approach to birth, I believe in supporting your choices and helping you feel informed, confident, and empowered every step of the way. Most importantly, I'll remind you to trust yourself, because no one knows your body, your baby, or your values better than you do. When I'm not supporting families, you'll usually find me spending time with my husband and our rescue dog, Cora, at the gym, baking sourdough bread, or dreaming up home improvement projects that my husband may or may not be excited about.

Elisabeth was an incredibly important source of support for me during my pregnancy and in the months that followed. With her empathetic approach, she always had a professional answer to every question, which always put my mind at ease. What I really appreciate about her is that she acts in a very thoughtful manner and is open to different opinions, whilst always striving to find the best solution for the family. During her postnatal visits, she was incredibly loving with my baby. At the same time, she looks after the mother with great dedication. Elisabeth is a blessing for every expectant and new mother!

Tamara Niedermann

hi! i’m tamara niedermann, owner and creator of the kindred feminine. i’m a witness and student of birth and birthing people and it’s an honor to be invited into your birth story. i’ve always known i’m at my best when i’m in support of the people around me. that desire for deep relationship is what has guided my journey to birth work, herbalism, and supporting the birthing and bleeding people in my community. when my younger sister and her husband started their parenting journey, she started sharing the things she was learning about pregnancy and labor. as i watched her pregnancy unfold i learned there was another way. it took the books and documentaries i found, and new perspectives i was learning to show me that doulas, and midwives, and placentas, and breastfeeding, and herbal baths are all a beautiful and sacred part of pregnancy and birth. since then, a deep passion has grown from within me to teach others this new way to know our bodies, experience our menstrual cycles, and conceive and birth our babies. the kindred feminine serves all birthing and bleeding people through education; teaching bodily literacy, contraception, or conception through the fertility awareness method, and pregnancy and childbirth education; walking alongside people in their conception journeys, and in their pregnancies and their births; and creating medicine through processing placentas and herbal offerings. i'm a bisexual cis woman of color who uses the pronouns she, hers, and her. i’m a newlywed in my thirties. i'm the daughter of an immigrant single mother. i acknowledge that Black, Indigenous, People of color (BIPOC) have much worse reproductive outcomes than their white counterparts. i'm an advocate for all birthing people no matter their race, sexuality, gender, or size. i'm a birth keeper, and an herbalist. i make placenta and herbal medicine, and hold space for those who i have the privilege of serving. grace and peace and many blessings on you.
