Through Birth & Bloom, I provide compassionate, evidence-based care for growing families during the postpartum period. My work centers on nurturing both parents and newborns while creating a calm, supportive environment that allows families to rest, recover, and build confidence in their new roles. Whether I am providing overnight newborn care, emotional support, education, feeding guidance, or practical household assistance, my goal is always the same: to ensure families feel seen, supported, and never alone.
My philosophy is rooted in the belief that every family deserves a village. Modern parenting often comes with unrealistic expectations and limited support systems. New parents are frequently expected to navigate sleep deprivation, physical recovery, feeding challenges, and major life adjustments with little guidance. I believe postpartum care should not be viewed as a luxury, but as an essential part of family wellness. When parents are cared for, they are better equipped to care for their children.
I approach each family without judgment and with deep respect for their unique values, goals, and parenting choices. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to newborn care. Every baby is different, every parent is different, and every family's journey is unique. My role is not to replace a parent's instincts, but to strengthen their confidence and provide the knowledge, reassurance, and support they need to trust themselves.
