Hi! I'm a postpartum doula building on a lifetime of loving babies and littles. Beginning with babysitting as a young teen, my fascination with and delight in tiny humans has fueled much of my volunteer and ministry work over the years. Now that I'm mom to 3 pretty incredible young adults, I was thrilled to find the field of postpartum doula work that is such a natural fit! I did my CAPPA training in May 2024, and completed the certification process in June 2025. What a gift and honor it is to be invited into a client’s home and to support and encourage new families as they make the transition to adding a new little person to their mix! Remembering so well how it feels to be a new mom, I love to help make life as easy as I can during this sweet and exhausting time! Cedar Park has been home for 11 years. Birthwork found her when she was working on a research project about women giving birth in the aftermath of Hurricane Maria.
