Peace starts at birth — and every parent deserves to feel supported, informed, and deeply cared for throughout their journey into parenthood. Hi, I’m Trinity, a birth and postpartum doula passionate about supporting growing families through pregnancy, birth, postpartum recovery, and the emotional transitions that come with becoming a parent. Whether you’re preparing for your first baby, navigating postpartum emotions, struggling with breastfeeding or pumping, adjusting to sleepless nights, or learning how to care for yourself while caring for a newborn, you do not have to go through it alone. I offer a calm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space for parents — especially mothers who may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or unsure in their new role. My goal is to help you feel grounded, empowered, and supported every step of the way. I have experience supporting both medicated and unmedicated births and offer personalized support tailored to your unique goals and needs. For families interested in a natural, low-intervention birth experience, I also offer hypnobirthing guidance, breathing techniques, visualization exercises, and guided meditations to help prepare your mind and body for birth in a peaceful and intentional way. Some of the ways I can support you include: • Birth planning and emotional preparation • Postpartum emotional support and adjustment • Breastfeeding and pumping support • Sleep and newborn routine guidance • Introducing older siblings to a new baby • Couples transitioning into parenthood together • Guided meditation and breathing sessions • Postpartum recovery and gentle core-strengthening support • Healthy meal prep and nurturing household support • Creating calming environments for birth and postpartum recovery • Ongoing encouragement, education, and compassionate care I believe every birth journey deserves gentleness, respect, and support — no matter what path your birth takes. Aeran Jung

Hi, I’m Aeran, a birth and postpartum doula who speaks both English and Korean. As a mother of five, I bring not only my training and experience but also the deep empathy and understanding that comes from living through the joys and challenges of parenthood myself. I am passionate about supporting families throughout pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum days, offering care that is both practical and heartfelt. I walk alongside parents with a calm, faith-centered approach, believing that every birth is a sacred and God-given moment. I aim to meet each family where they are, listening closely to your needs and helping you find what truly works for you. Every birth is unique, and I believe it deserves to be met with respect, compassion, and a sense of peace. Being present during a birth is one of life’s most beautiful and meaningful experiences, and I feel deeply honoured to support families during this life-changing time.

In 2016, when I gave birth to my first child, I want to share with you all how much help my dear friend Aeran was to me. At the time, I was living in the Surrey area and going through my pregnancy and birth journey with a midwife. Through my midwife, I learned about doula services and had already signed up for one. On the day I went into labor, mild contractions turned into active labor, and I immediately informed both my doula and my closest friend, Aeran—who had already experienced childbirth herself several times. (At that time, she was not a doula yet, but a very experienced birth “senior.”) When my contractions became less than 10 minutes apart, we headed to the hospital, and that was when the indescribable pain truly began. Even after arriving at the hospital, after a total of 17 hours of labor, I was finally able to hold my baby through a natural birth. (Halfway through, the pain became unbearable, and I did receive an epidural.) To be honest, the pain was so intense that my memories from that time are not very clear. Yet, the moments that remain vividly with me are almost all memories of Aeran caring for me so attentively. My husband and the doula were also by my side and did their best to support me, but throughout those long hours, Aeran stayed awake the entire night without sleeping even once (while my husband and the doula did manage to rest briefly). She constantly reassured me emotionally, telling me I was doing well, helped calm me down, massaged me wherever I needed, and took care of everything I required. And when my baby was finally born after that long and exhausting labor, the person who cried with joy—almost more than I did—was Aeran. (Sorry to my husband and the doula at the time, but I honestly don’t remember much about them;;;) As an immigrant, I gave birth without my own mother being able to come to Canada yet to help me. In that moment, Aeran played a role far greater than that of a mother. In fact, I don’t believe anyone else could have cared for me so devotedly throughout the entire night without any rest. So when I later heard that Aeran had decided to formally study and pursue the path of becoming a doula, I was truly overjoyed and cheered for her, knowing it was such a wonderful decision. I am deeply confident that her natural character, the way she treats people, and her strong sense of calling and passion for her work will shine beautifully in her role as a doula. Anyone who has experienced her doula services—whether as a mother or as a family member—will know that there is not a single exaggeration in what I have written here. I sincerely hope that this story helps someone who is reading this as they make their own choice.

Nadine Ostergaard

Hello, I’m Nadine, a Certified Postpartum & Infant Care Doula, and mother of two wonderful girls (ages 7 and 9). I believe every family deserves to feel supported, rested, and confident as they welcome a new baby home. I was born and raised in Germany and have lived in the United States with my husband and our daughters for over a decade. My journey through motherhood — and across cultures — has shaped how I approach care: with empathy, understanding, and deep respect for every family’s unique values, traditions, and choices. Becoming a mother myself opened my eyes to how magical, and sometimes overwhelming, those early weeks can be. I remember the joy, the exhaustion, and the constant learning curve. Those experiences inspired me to become a compassionate advocate for new parents - someone who offers calm, unbiased support without judgment. As your postpartum doula, my goal is to create a nurturing space where you can rest, recover, and bond with your baby in your own way. I provide gentle guidance, emotional reassurance, and hands-on help — always honoring your decisions and beliefs as you find your rhythm in this new chapter of parenthood. Every family’s journey is different, and I’m honored to walk beside you with warmth, understanding, and care.
