I am fortunate to have been raised by a village of strong and caring women, and because I have always been in contact with babies and new mothers, I naturally developed a passion for childbirth and women's care. Seven years later, and in a different country, I became a certified doula providing emotional, physical, and informational support to mothers before, during, and after childbirth. Ariel completed her training course through Newborn Care Solutions and is a CACHE Certified Newborn Care Specialist. She has experience working with special needs and multiples; besides being a mom herself. Her expertise lies in routine and sleep hygiene. Besides hands-on experience, Ariel also has a training course on how to identify Brachycephaly & Plagiocephaly, is a trained sleep trainer/consultant, and is a CAPPA Lactation Educator & Postpartum Doula.
